“Bought a new bike here and had a GREAT experience! Staff is knowledgeable without being condescending. We went in kind of knowing what we were looking for, but they still let me browse on my own and come to them with questions. They even offered a few tune-ups (after 10 hours of riding and after 60 days) to help my bike out as I start riding.
Pricing was extremely competitive with other stores selling this bike in the area, but I would come back for the staff and service I received. Locally owned and the owner was onsite to show us around.
An added bonus is that they have a super friendly shop cat!

“WE WENT THERE FOR MY FRIEND TO GRAB A BICYCLE, NOT ONLY DID HE GET A GREAT DEAL BUT THE OWNER WAS SUPER CHILL AND FRIENDLY NOT SALESIE AT ALL. HE EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY AND TUNNED MY BICYCLE FOR FREE AND SIZED ME UP SO I KNEW WHAT SIZE BICYCLE TO GET NEXT WHICH WAS GREAT I DID NOT KNOW SIZE MATTERS APPARENTLY IT DOES AND MY KNEES WILL THANK ME LATER. Thank you to Reborn Bike Shop for partnering with the Richland School of Judo, a 501(c)(3) local nonprofit organization, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklin Counties. This collaboration will provide scholarships for free Judo lessons this summer to all families affiliated with the Boys & Girls Clubs.
