Smaller than expected but it was pretty awesome. The employees were friendly and awesome to work with. I was a little disappointed that my granddaughters birthday bear didn't come with a birth certificate but that's not a deal breaker. Thank you for helping us create a 1 year olds build a bear and a lifetime of memories...
