Rare finds and novelties are plentiful. I'm sure there is something that will pique your interest!Note to the management: the POS system is problematic and every time I have purchased items, the system has had issues.”
“We have previously had wonderful experiences with this local build-a-bear. Unfortunately today we are disappointed. The nose stitches on my child's stuffie got pulled/snagged (not cut or torn, only a loop out of whack). We brought it to the store thinking it would be a nice experience for my daughter to take her favorite stuffie for a minor repair. I am fully aware I could do the repair myself but the bear care was a draw to the entire idea of buying from this company. We were disappointed to be told, by the 2 available staff members, to go buy some embroidery thread to fix it ourselves (note, that wouldn't fix it as the thread was not missing or broken, only snagged). All they would have to do is put a needle under the threads and even them out. I strongly feel the staff missed an opportunity to create a lasting impression on a young customer.
Update: A few weeks later we were at the kiosk looking at the new bear clothes. One of the Associates approached us and apologized for not helping with our bunny's nose. That was very kind and impressive considering how many people they see daily. 1 star increase for the brave Associate. ❤”
“Great place to get calendars and games. They have a very good selection and the people there will try to order the calendars that you want if they have them. Very friendly girls too. Especially the one working during the day. She seems to be there all the time!!”

“The selection in here was fantastic for so many different hobbies, and they actually had a ton in stock and full shelves (which I've seen another of hobby shops have empty shelves quite often) Very fair prices compared to online counterparts and a wide selection. Employees were more than willing to help with questions.”
