Amazing service. I wish the receipt had her name but I don't see it. The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking at. She explained why some items were not as good as others she was able to help me understand why one of my past toys developed a gross smell even though they were taken care of. Thank you so much for all your help

My boyfriend and I found exactly what we needed and then some. Super friendly and very helpful staff. Everything was a bit pricey compared to what you can find online, but everything that we have bought so far has proven to be worth it and of amazing quality. They are open pretty late compared to the majority of the stores around tri cities, so after work and our day to day activities we are able to go in to the store and not feel rushed. We had planned on only making a quick stop, but they have so much to choose from we ended up spending a couple of hours shopping and didn't even realize it until we got to the car. The atmosphere as well as the staff made us both feel very welcomed and we were able to be ourselves without judgment. The staff is very well knowledged on all of their products so that any and all of the questions we had were answered in depth and we even got a few pointers as well as better options than what we had asked about. Anytime I need something that they carry and I don't want to wait to get it in the mail, Castle will definitely be where I go from now on. I'm recommending Castle to everyone I know.
