“Open” — but only in spirit.
Showed up to locked doors, along with a small gathering of equally confused customers loitering like extras in a post-apocalyptic film. A sad little “Be Back Soon” sign dangled in the window like a taunt — the corporate equivalent of a shrug. No timeframe, no explanation, just vibes. If you enjoy wasting your time and bonding with strangers in mutual disappointment, 10/10. Otherwise? Might want to try literally anywhere else.

Been trying to get a new line, and this is the 3rd time i came to this store and it’s close, they hang up a sign saying there on break but they never show up. And when it’s open they have only one person working and it always a big line or have to wait to much.

Been waiting for 30 minutes and still Closed. It is 10:31 a.m, I have watched about 5 customers excluding myself walk away dissatisfied once they realized the door was locked. No notice posted what so ever. Aside from that, having the insurance on your phone is pointless due to the simple fact that they tell you it's only $28 to fix your phone but once you contact the third party phone repair they want to charge you a deductible of $80. Thinking of switching phone companies in general, save your time and go to another company.

!Don't buy from here!They will legit talk you up and lie right to your face. Went to upgrade my phone for a newer one, when the phone I chose was brought in, the employee had so many other accessories with them. I asked if they came with my phone upgrade and they said yes. It was my mistake for not looking over my receipt right after the purchase, they had sold them all to me without saying a word. Here to warn the next customer who wants to try this company out, listen to the review's. Other businesses may not be the best in different areas but never have I been lied to and used like this by them.

There’s a sign that says they are on lunch and will come back at 4:30pm and the doors are still closed it’s 4:45 ? there are also other people here waiting. This is unacceptable. It says it’s open Saturday until 7 pm ?

Purchased a new iPhone in the store a weekOr so ago. When purchasing a new iPhone they make you purchase a case, screen protector and wall charger. They pick these out for you. No exceptions. I returned to the store today as they provided a wall charger that is for the old iPhones and not the new iPhones. Essentially worthless and they charged me $25. They refused to do a swap today as their policy is no returns on accessories. They made this mistake and they won’t stand behind their mistake. They are a joke.

I have had this phone for almost a month. It hardly ever accepts calls, rarely can it call out and they lied about my monthly price after I switched. I am very unhappy with this service. I tried speaking to someone in the store and they told me I had to call 611. How am I supposed to call 611 when my phone doesn't actually call out. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I regret changing carriers.

Okay so I went there to received a free government phone and homeless and without employment at the moment and was given incorrect information about where and when I could receive the phone and when I did go to get the phone the people who said they work for cricket we're very unfriendly and very unprofessional and the phone service is just her terrible wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Upgrading your phone in store is no longer worth it. They now basically force you to buy accessories when just trying to upgrade. Customers should have options to buy a case or charging block but have option to decline rather then be loading a purchase with extra fees. I got my phone online with the upgrade fee for nearly $100 less then the wanted me to pay in store all while there customer service says they should not be doing that in store.
