I gave it a 3 for the simple reason of one employee was simply unhelpful and anything I suggested was met with a no ! Came in the next day and the employee on shift went above and beyond and I didn't mention my previous experience so I know they have good work ethic

Seemed to open a little after open time instead of 10am. Showed up at 10am and doors were locked. Mom’s phone problem got fixed though once we came back to the location 30 minutes later.
