Went in for some wrestling shoes for my son and we initially weren’t really acknowledged by staff. (Not a huge deal) as we like to browse before we ask for help. When I did ask for help, they were polite and referred us over to a gentleman named Casey. He answered all of our questions and even though he was the only one running that section he communicated very well with customers, greeting and asking if they needed help, getting sizes and whatever they needed. So if you’re there, ask for him. He’s awesome!

Went in to purchase shoes for my son. When I asked for the shoe size we needed I was questioned on whether I was looking to purchase. Then, I was only given one shoe and was told we were only allowed to try on one shoe as they were Jordan's. Ultimately, I ended up getting as no one else had his size in stock.
I will definitely try to avoid this store in the future.

God help you if you want to buy shoes. They have a kiosk where you order shoes and wait.....for a very long time. Prices are not great. The few staff here are pleasant. Definitely only returning when I'm desperate.

The process to get a shoe to try on is the most ridiculous process I have ever seen. Waiting ten minutes for a shoe to try on after going through the process on the iPad is wild. Then if it doesn’t work out and you need another one you have to go through the process all over again. Buying shoes should not be this time consuming. Unfortunately there are not many other options for places to buy shoes anymore.

Went in today to buy a lawn chair that I saw online going for $9.99. I went in with my friend and we found them in this big bin with a sign that also said they were $9.99. I grabbed a chair and took it to the register and the associate run it up as $24.99, I told her that there’s a sign that said they were $9.99. She starts going back in forth with me saying that the chair I brought up is not part of the $9.99 and that it’s not the same chair as the ones that are $9.99. When I went up to the bins there was all sorts of different chairs mixed in there and the one that I grabbed there was multiple of them in that bin. The manager Farris, I believe is his name refused to honor that price. He kept saying “I understand what you’re saying but we are not changing the price.” I understand if someone maybe misplaces one item but there was multiple of the same chair in the bin! And they could not get that through their heads. I even called customer services and they were no help either. I’m not a difficult customer at all, but this is simple customer service. If something is falsely advertised you need to honor the price. This is the first place that has refused to ever do this. Horrible management and horrible customer service. It was honestly so annoying on how repetitive they kept being saying “I understand…” No, you don’t. I understand that they are a different chair but you put them in this big bin with this sign that says they are $9.99. Maybe separate them so people don’t get confused. It also didn’t help that they mixed them in with the same brands like cmon. 😭

So extremely disappointed in this store they have all these chairs in a bin for $9.99 but when rung up it was $24.99 and they didn’t wanna honor the price that was shown make it make sense when I asked to speak to a manager they basically worked their way around the question and kept basically saying to bad

We had ask other representatives to help us look for the shoes since in the system it show available however they came back and they did not have them in stock they said?, However Audrey help us about 15 minutes later and we ask her if she could find the shoes and SHE DID!!! SHE WHEN ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIND THESE SHOES FOR MY SON!!! AUDREY we thank you for your caring act. Thank you and God bless 🙌 🙏

Went in to buy some women softball cleats and there was none. So disappointed that mens cleats have a variety and are stocked but not the women's section.

Went in for shoes, and waited around and was patient, but after being continously ignored I had walked to the front to asked them to grab the shoes I wanted. They said over the radio if the employee would bring to the front and then nothing came about it! Waited around some more before I walked out. I'll just order online I guess 🤷

I bought a Nike cap in-store but had to return it after noticing it was dirty. Hoping for a better experience, I ordered the same cap online expecting a brand new one only to receive the exact same dirty cap delivered to my home. If the item is visibly dirty, why ship it at all?
To make things worse, when I went back to the store to return the cap again, the employee who helped me (Melissa) didn’t greet me, didn’t say a word—not even a “hi.” There was no professionalism or courtesy throughout the interaction.
I’m really disappointed with the lack of quality control and customer service. I expected better from a brand like Dick’s.

It's disappointing to hear that Dicks will only offer veterans discounts on Memorial day. Most places have special on that day because it's a recognized holiday. Sad to say, I will consider other retailers who recognize veterans gave every day of the year and not just one day.
