Working with John Chess at Great Floors was a pleasure from start to finish. He made what could have been a daunting task into an enjoyable experience. John was attentive to my preferences, provided excellent recommendations, and ensured everything went smoothly. The level of customer service I received was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with my new floors. He also went above and beyond working around our budget. I would like to share this with you all. I had the opportunity to work with John helping customers doing countertops and is a wonderful experience he’s always quick to respond, and when there’s an issue he’s willing to find the solution rather than finding who’s fault it is. Yes I definitely recommend great floors and John chess helping will be smooth transition to bring your home an update kitchen, bathrooms, floors. Etc.

Buyer beware. We were oversold flooring based upon measurements taken by a Great Floors employee. Our project did take a long time to complete and I understand that it was outside of the return window. But, the employee stated in the quote that he would “rather you have a few extra boxes than not enough.” When I tried to rectify the oversold flooring the employee stated via email, “We do acknowledge that the over measure may have been on our end.” The overmeasure was most definitely on their end, as he personally took the measurements. Do not trust Great Floors measurements. I was disappointed with customer service after the sale/project completion. It took multiple phone calls to get a response from the sales agent that completed the measurements and nothing was done by Great Floor to resolve the over measurement/over sale issue.

I used to work for Great Floors in sales and design I have since moved on, but still love bringing my clients there. They have a huge selection and let me do my own thing or they are there to help answer any questions. John Chess is the best to work with. He is my go to person and will go above and beyond for you. I was there for four hours. They asked if I needed any help and I just wanted to look. They just let me be until I had a question or need some advice. They were never pushy and was very helpful. I even found what I was looking for. Very friendly!

Great floors customer satisfaction is second to none. We had a problem with the installation of our LVP flooring and they went to great lengths and expense to fix it properly and in a timely manner to meet our timeline to have it done. Great Floors has so many beautiful options for flooring and back splashes and so much more. I didn’t feel pressure as I was looking over the options; they were so patient. We’ve had our floors and backsplash for a while now and everything is holding up nicely. I think that’s due to the quality of product and proper installation.
