“I stayed here as part of a work conference & thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are very comfortable & big. I also enjoyed using the gym & the breakfast was excellent. The location is excellent as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The only thing that can be improved is the quality of the TV remotes as I had a hard time using them (I could only use the channel & volume buttons). Overall a great stay.”

“TV remote did not work except on/off. No replacement or exchange at the desk. Dog friendly with very adequate areas to walk them.

“AMAZING lobby, very nice job with the remodel. Great restaurant there with plenty of comfortable seating for socializing with friends or relaxing. I never thought a lobby would be something that I would add to a hotel review, but this one felt very clean and airy.

Service was top notch. I was greeted with a genuine smile every time I walked by the front desk. Top notch service.

Rooms were just ok. I would say slightly above average. They have everything you need and really nothing more. Its not as modern as some of the other brand's but its clean and comfortable.

Water pressure was not great, but not terrible. I'd say like 5/10.

Beds were great. They are on the softer side and standard for Hilton. I love their mattresses. Good variety of pillows with different softnesses, which is something that I notice and love when hotels do.

Pool was great, 10/10. Clean, lots of towels, close at a reasonable hour, it didn't feel muggy inside the pool room.

My only complaint was Hilton's nickel and diming you if you aren't a silver or higher level member. The basic internet struggles with 1080p youtube and loading anything besides basic webpages. I paid for the premium internet after using it for 5 minutes, and it was a big improvement but I feel like at the rack rate of this hotel it should be included. Breakfast was $16?... I just drove to McDonalds instead.

Despite my gripes, I still think this is in my top 2 hotels for Kennewick. I would say its a tossup between this hotel and the Best Western across the street, which had smaller rooms but better basic amenities like a free breakfast.”

“This was our first time in the tri cities area and just happened to find the Clover Island Inn. I am so glad we did. Even though they were doing renovations it was quiet, clean and extremely comfortable. If I ever make it back to that area I will definitely do everything I can to stay there again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“Very nice place, free breakfast, pretty decent, nice staff. Good atmosphere, very clean rooms will definitely stay here again. Was within 10 minutes of walking to the Toyota Center that was amazing.Rooms: Rooms are very clean beds smell very freshNearby activities: 10 minutes down the road is proof, great restaurant, right? On the waterfront where you can play disk golf, regular golf, and footgolf so much fun.”

“Slept great! It's definitely an older building, but it is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is super nice and friendly even though it was late when I checked in.”

“Theresa or Teresa was the best secretary. We stayed in room 111 and we had a cat which we didn't know they weren't allowed but she let my family and I slide. Thank You for that I honestly appreciate that. Theresa or Teresa was very friendly and polite. She was also very helpful with the the information when I got confused. She also helped my Dad with the TV when he couldn't figure it out.
