“I've actually been here many many times before for piercings. Got 4 of those from this location and they were all amazing experiences, but that's not what this is about. Went for my first tattoo today; I'll add a photo. Not only were the staff running the front vigilant and helpful beyond what's typically expected/experienced (shout-out to Virgil for being one of the funniest and chillest human beings to exist), the tattoo artist they have was also super understanding and flexible. She didn't charge anything extra for numbing and even let me wander the mall while it soaked, and had a very gentle and friendly vibe overall. Was very easy to feel safe lying down in that chair letting her stab me a million times over.
Will 100% being seeing her again for my next tattoos, and will enjoy it every time I get to return to this store.”
