“Been going here for almost 7 years, the best used gear store in the tri cities bought 2 amps and 3 guitars there. They almost have a new guitar in every week.
Now there a orange and ernie ball dealer so they have new orange amps and all the ernie ball strings and straps and they carry too d'addario stuff too.
They also have a guitar repair guy there super rare in tri so I could finally fix my guitar that was out of commission for years.
super cool staff used to come in like 3 days a week just to play the different and expensive guitars I couldn't afford lol”

“I've actually been here many many times before for piercings. Got 4 of those from this location and they were all amazing experiences, but that's not what this is about. Went for my first tattoo today; I'll add a photo. Not only were the staff running the front vigilant and helpful beyond what's typically expected/experienced (shout-out to Virgil for being one of the funniest and chillest human beings to exist), the tattoo artist they have was also super understanding and flexible. She didn't charge anything extra for numbing and even let me wander the mall while it soaked, and had a very gentle and friendly vibe overall. Was very easy to feel safe lying down in that chair letting her stab me a million times over.
Will 100% being seeing her again for my next tattoos, and will enjoy it every time I get to return to this store.”
