“The only thing stopping me from giving them five stars is the fact that when I went in there there was no straw I don't believe it was their fault mostly people with RVs trying to insulate underneath which left us animal lovers without.”
“Last night I picked up a 90 lbs Shepherd to foster. He is an amazingly good dog, but a lot for me to handle. The workers here fell in love with him and were exceptionally nice. They spent a lot of time talking to me and helping me out with the dog. They 'donated' a couple of items to help me since his costs come out of my pocket. I am so grateful we stopped by and I decided to take the dog in to get a little socialization. I am writing this review because I felt thanking them verbally when we left, was not enough to show how thankful I am for their help and information.”
“The animals are well cared for, cages are well kept, and every staff member seems to have some information about animals that they are passionate about sharing.
This is also one of the two locations that sell Nulo dog and cat food which is a wonderful healthy choice for my pets. The store could use some deep cleaning but I don't they have the approved hours/staff to keep up.
They also host adoptions, traing classes, and do pet grooming.”

“There were wildly different types of personalities of the employees that were there and I wanted to tell one off but I didn't. It just came down to the cashier being blunt and abrupt with any kind of customer service. The employee on the floor helped me a lot and helped me find the right lights for my bearded dragons at home.”

“Friendly staff, lots of variety food & treats for pets. Have pet strollers & life vest and of course cool toys .They also take donations for animal shelters.My puppy loves shopping there also. She gets treats. Not only from us but the staff also”
