“We came to the Pasco store after the Richland store clerk tried to talked us out of buying the bearded dragon and supplies we wanted. We explained that we had experience raising dragons and knew what we needed. She lost our business as she continued to try to sell us bigger and more expensive items we did not want.
I'm giving this store a 10 as the young man sold us what we wanted and asked for. We are raising Lizzy in a great environment.

“The facility is busy. The cats are fixed, healthy, shots before ready to adopt. Friendly staff and some volunteers. You can sense the love and caring these people give to each animal.”
