The lady up front was very nice and helpful as I waited for my dog to get groomed I went through the register a couple of times she did not make me feel like I was waisting her time as for HAILY WHAT AN AWESOME JOB she did on my baby ! She had a big job to do ,I had been looking for a groomer for a good 4 weeks or so ( mosted were booked for a couple wks or wouldn't respond)& in that wait my baby was gathering matting she did a beautiful job she got me in same day ! I now have a happy and more beautiful cooled down girl THANK YOU HAILY❤”

I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve not only did he go online as well as walk me through what he was doing on his end to make sure my order was taken care of. As well as the store was still able to deliver my order day of. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a great person to work with. Every time I go into the store the workers are helpful and knowledgeable as well as great people to work with. I will continue to go to the store and use / refer paws emporium.”
