I came in to have my snowboard boots heat molded and I just wanted to shout out George for his amazing customer service! He was super chill, made me feel like he was listening to me when I was talking about the problems I was experiencing with my boots, and just overall had a good attitude! Really made my experience in the store a positive one!!!

George / the guy with long hair is a 10/10 employee! I had few questions & issues with my boots & he took the time to educate & help me. He’s very knowledgeable about all things snowboarding, & so kind & patient to answer all your questions. It’s employees like him that make a business stand out from the rest.

I have been to this little gem twice. Payton was my associate and she was amazing. The first time I went, my daughter and I needed a full fit for snow boarding. She really took the time to assist us in product information, prices and sizing. Bringing us multiple items to try on and giving us items in the price range we needed. Great service the second visit when we went to purchase a gift card for a friend! Love this place. So much to look at!!

I've bought 2 boards from this store. (AK Connelly and the Phase 5 Key)
I've also sent family and friends. They're customer service is great and the owner is very patient and kind. They were helpful on helping us find life jackets amongst othet things. The best part is they honor price matching and they carry Phase 5 boards! From here on out, I will always be buying my boards from here. Support small business!
Thanks again Sportshaus and I'll be back!

Love the staff here! The folks downstairs have always been kind to us. I take my boards here to tune if it needs more than a wax, and they've helped my wife tweak her boot liner to help find the perfect fit.

They always take care of my skiis like their own! Quality waxing and craftsmanship. When I got ski boots, they made sure each boot fit properly. Sure they're pricey, but customer service and attention is why I keep going back!
