I went with my dad to look for a new vehicle over the weekend. I cannot express how impressed I was with the service and the employees! Our sales person Mikki was very helpful and courteous and made my father’s buying experience very pleasant. She was very informative and personable and always wanting to above and beyond for not only us but her other customers. I would highly recommend seeing her for your next vehicle.Other kudos goes to Matias and the GM Paul. Both were very helpful and really show how a business should be ran. They treated my father and I like family. I was blown away by the whole experience and would highly recommend Toyota of Tri Cities if you are looking for a vehicle

I wanted to buy a Toyota 4Runner for my wife. We looked all over the region for a trustworthy deal and found one at Tri-Cities Toyota. Edgar and Erik were fantastic to deal with and we sealed the deal after talking with Timothy. We highly recommend this place and the staff are fantastic.

It's really disappointing to have to share this experience after buying half a dozen+ vehicles over almost two decades here.I was recently in a pinch, in a bad way. I did do the right thing and was pre-approved, but I was pushed to go for a higher loan and finance with Toyota. I didn't get approved the first night and the finance manager, Gus, gave me a ride home because I honestly didn't have enough money for an Uber. I was in a real, real bad spot.The next night I had to wait and wait, but I finally got in and was approved. I found out I had to OPEN A TOYOTA CREDIT CARD to finance a down payment. On top of this, the same finance manager, who knew I was in a tough spot, told me that the GAP and 60k power train warranty were required for my loan. I told him I absolutely never buy those and he told me it wouldn't happen with out them. Well... That's just the every day low cost to buy from Toyota when you're out bad. Just add another ~30% to your purchase price. It's rough to be where I'm at in life and I had been buying cars from Noel for almost 20 years. I really didn't think I would end up just being an easy rip-off for them.I waited a couple months after I purchased my car just to make sure I wasn't over reacting to a feeling, but the more this experience is in my hind sight, the more I realize how much I was taken advantage of. Sucks to suck, tons of life lessons, but I will do everything I can to ensure that no one I know or work with is encouraged to do business with this dealership.NO ONE can afford to add another quarter to third of their car purchase. And no one can afford to taken advantage of like this. Please do your due diligence and find a reputable dealer.

Great customer service, Cruz was dedicated to make sure we got into our next vehicle. No pushing or making us feel any way other than comfortable. Gus was a big player in helping us with our financing as well.Mel was supposed to be our salesman from the beginning but had other commitments to attend to but was along side for the journey. Bought my car here, have always gotten the recommended service here. The staff are always kind. UNFORTUNATELY the last recommended service to replace the timing chain cover seal ($3000) was not needed. The cost was so much that I needed a second opinion before spending that much on an older car. The mechanic cleaned off all the oil from the bottom of the car, and added $13 oil dye. Car was driven for a week without any oil or dye leaking. Toyota...this is either ineptitude from your service department (and I hope that couldn't be the case since you are the representative of the manufacturer) or it is fraud (worse in my book). My confidence in Toyota of Tri-Cities is irreparably harmed by this incident.

We purchased a Corolla Cross yesterday and LOVE it! Erik Rivera worked with us and was fantastic. He was honest and responsive any time we had a question. We are actually purchasing another vehicle with him right now and recommend him highly. He is the reason we are so happy with everything. A Toyota is a Toyota… it’s going to be a good car. It’s the sales people and dealership staff that matter, and everyone was great, ESPECIALLY Erik.

The service department here rocks! Especially Juan Ramirez. I broke down on my way through town and managed to limp to the shop after hours. Fortunately Juan was there and graciously helped me get my car on their service schedule. The parts were recalled and back ordered, so over the next 4 weeks he called and kept me updated regularly as to when my car would fixed.When I got my car back it was washed and vacuumed!!!! Insane. Everyone is so friendly and helpful

So much happened with my bad experience there recently I just don't want to go back. I tried working with them to fix the problem but they didn't make it better. They had messed up my car with mechanics that don't know what they are doing and Toyota didn't take responsibility to fix my car. I had to take it somewhere else.————————————This dealership must be doing lots of sketchy stuff. A family member took a car in for trade in but got denied. So my family member wanted to cancel the process they pushed on trying to look for a bank that wanted to give them the loan. Now they won't give my family member car back and they managed to take out a loan for them withought their knowledge and told them they didn't have to let them know a loan went through and no paperwork was ever signed. They will do anything to push a sale through. The bank was called and they said they don’t know how they got approved bc they don’t have no contract about the loan.

I sold them my car and they really went above and beyond. They gave me a good offer and after all was said and done even gave me a ride to my hotel after I sold them my car and didn't have a ride. I'd highly recommend speaking with them before selling your car.

Raul was super helpful when I had a problem with Safelite to replace my new windshield. He recommended going through the dealership and they were fast to get my windshield in and set up an appointment and kept me update the whole time! Thank you!!
