They immediately informed me that a driver was nearby and finishing up a job. The representative was friendly and made the situation stress-free. I received a call from the driver letting me know how long he would take to arrive and he was on time. He was also very pleasant and had no issues hooking up my car and moving it.”

“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”

“We have never really rented from uhaul before but the guy helping us 10/10. We arrived a bit early and he helped us right away, explained everything to us and made sure we didn't have any questions. Everything took about 20ish minutes to get done. We ended up only needing the uhaul for about 2 hours instead of 6 but when we returned it the guy was just as happy and helpful as when we picked it up. Absolutely going to be recommending this uhaul spot to anyone we know who needs one”
