They have large garage doors that you can pull into and unload/load so you aren't out in the weather. They also have different sized carts available for use when moving your stuff in or out.”

The units are nice and clean and I haven't seen a single bug or rat yet and I've had my storage unit there for almost a year now. The prices here are not just comparable but outright cheaper than a lot of storage centers here in Kennewick. “Just signed up for a 10x15 storage unit with Cottonwood Self storage. So far so good! You’ll be charged the flat rate for the unit, $29 for the entrance fee (which comes with a great quality lock free), and then you’ll need tenant insurance which they provide or you provide yourself.Overall very easy to sign up and get started. You can do it all online and then go in to pick up lock at your convenience.Pictures are of the 10x15 unit.”

“I think the place is great. I've rented there before. No problems. However, I just rented a unit and someone was in my unit and swept the leaves dirt out that I specifically went to sweep out after I put my lock pad on. The yellow tag thing was on the door which I cut off before opening and putting my lock on. Even if I didn't get my lock completely locked, no one should of been in my unit. I specifically took my broom to sweep out,and it was swept. Management would of already cleaned before putting the yellow tag deal on it. It advertises there are cameras I want to know who was in my unit, sneaking around in the dark background, check done. Just rented unit a few weeks ago. And only been there two times with a few items. I haven't given anyone else numbers, keys or permission to any access there. I'll b back with more information for you to check the cameras. I think it's best to nip it right now. Maybe I should call first. This is not to discredit the company. It's to make aware of and solve the mystery.”

“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”
