“I've had a unit at Edison Street mini storage since I believe 2012. I have nothing but good words for the people that work there Krys is absolutely amazing the girls that work in the office are great. They keep everything clean and tidy they even have trailers you can use if you need to move your stuff and you don't have a trailer. They've gone out of their way to be accommodating to me and I appreciate it more than I can say if you want a storage unit that's clean well cared for and has great people working in the office I say Edison Street mini storage is the one. I would definitely rent another unit there in the future.”

“Rented her for 6 year (way too long). Dustin is a great manager, very personable and helpful. One word of advice, the units are near a field, be sure to put mouse repellent at the front and back of your unit. And don’t store any food or pet food.”

“Just signed up for a 10x15 storage unit with Cottonwood Self storage. So far so good! You’ll be charged the flat rate for the unit, $29 for the entrance fee (which comes with a great quality lock free), and then you’ll need tenant insurance which they provide or you provide yourself.Overall very easy to sign up and get started. You can do it all online and then go in to pick up lock at your convenience.Pictures are of the 10x15 unit.”

“Rented from them for 6 years for business storage needs until it was no longer needed last month. Always a good experience there. Both previous and current owners were great to work with. They communicated well and were responsive to client's needs (ie: longer and earlier opening hours, notice of changing owners, new locks, etc). The facility has always been clean and well-maintained and never any sign of tampering with my lock. I always felt that I and my possessions were safe there. I highly recommend this business! Thanks for 6 great years!”

“We have rented at least one unit here for the last 8 years or so, we were there when the current owner took over. When Travis took over ownership, the grounds were cleaned up, and the fence and gates were improved. Travis, the current owner, is a very friendly, pleasant person who actually knows most of his clientele by name, or face. He will bend over backwards to help anyone, and during the difficult times when the new gates were being installed, he was available 24/7 to assist any way he could. If you are in need of a clean, secure storage unit, there are several sizes to fit your need. Make the trip to Finley to check them out. You won’t be disappointed!!!!! A 5 star business for sure!!!!!!”
“I called over the phone asking about a storage unit. Although out on the property I got a call back really fast. I decided to go into the office to do the paperwork and everything was explained in great detail. I did have a small issue with the unit I was given but after a quick conversation it was resolved within 5 minutes. Between the customer service, security gate and a fellow renter I met while moving my stuff in, I highly recommend them for your rental needs.”
“Owner is super nice and the units are solid. Price is king here, but I would have loved to see at least a light in it or an outlet so I could plug in a light. Only reason im doing 4 stars is because the front gate needs work done on it, it has trouble opening and when its windy the entrance gate wont open and I've had to get out of my car and push it open before. The gate sign needs holes cut in it so it wont shove it against the latch”

“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”
