Hannah M at Verizon on Clearwater in Kennewick is amazing to work with!
I had a tough upgrade and transfer of data and she saw us luddites through it all with grace and a sense of humor.
Partnering with her was Esther who seems to be able to access the AI hive mind and help you figure out any roadblock or barrier.
Altogether, even considering how many hours it took to finalize my 16 Pro Max, I’m happy to say these people are humans you are glad to spend time with.
Hannah went beyond and above the call of duty even responding to desperate texts off hours and was genuine, delightful, and so helpful. The teaming at Verizon on Clearwater is really beautiful.
Thanks you guys!
I’d love to run into any of you in the community and even more, to share a drink.

I literally waited an hours worth of my time. Doubt this review is going to matter, but I also understand that this could also be a learning experience as nobody said hello or helped me with literally cash in hand to buy🤯.

This is to Verizon, not just a store. Contract or no contract, they are thieves who will take whatever they can and tell us it's part of the deal. My dad and I both got new phones, and we paid it out right. But as if that was not enough, they decided to put us on what considered to be a loan even though it was all paid up front. They promised to lower the bill and send money back as the months would go by, but they never did. When my dad's phone broke, they replaced it and charged us three phones instead of two. Two years of trying to get answers with no results whatsoever while claiming they were helping. In the end, we left Verizon and went to a more reliable company. As if that were not enough, they still held my dad's checking account and continued to pull from it saying the bill was not paid for yet which was 1300. We're finally lossed from those thieves. They were more like scammers saying as you pay, we'll pay you back, but they never did. And I don't want Verizon support on this. If anything, I want to see the Verizon company fall for what they pulled on my dad and I

Jacob Reichert is THE MAN to go to! My phone was disconnected and he helped me super promptly and efficiently, saw me pull in and immediately came to the door, opened it to greet me and offered amazing service in contacting customer services to help them restore my service! And also helped me save a few bucks on a new upgraded phone plan so that my service is ALWAYS fast for work on a top tier plan! He’s the guy for all your needs!

Amber helped my brother in law port his number over from T mobile. She did an amazing job! Then she noticed that my wife had a loyalty offer for 1120 off a s24 ultra so I called her up and we went for that offer. We would not even know about that offer unless she told us about it. We also purchased accessories and had insurance put on both devices. I highly recommend everyone to go see Amber as your sales rep at the kennewick Cellular Sales Store!

My husband and I have had some rough experiences with cell phone providers, but here at this Verizon store with Jacob Reichert we had the best service by far. Thank you Jacob for your wonderful and caring service. You heard us and worked with us to provide us with a plan that was right for us. He went above and beyond for us! We also had spoke with Kory and he was also a big help.

Love Love Love this place. Always happy to help (and take my money lol) prefer this over the actual Verizon store anyways! Got watches, cellphones, and an iPad here. The staff is always friendly and I feel valued. We will be back!

Skip these authorized retailers go to the one in Columbia center mall, faster service, and even faster if you setup an appointment. This is the the second store that only had 1-2 employees on a weekday in the afternoon-closing.
