Diego was GREAT. He was by far the best customer service rep I have ever had. I had multiple problems with Boost, and he took charge like a BULL and fixed all my problems. He took 2 hours to help me fix my mess. He needs a raise for his professional knowledge of everything. THANKS!

I would like to say Thank You to Alize Vela at the Verizon store at 2909 Quillan store in Kennewick, suite 134. , she went above and beyond with her help and customer service. Verizon is lucky to have her as a representative of the company. Thank You

Their customer service sucks. I walked in to buy a new iPhone expecting to wait in line but after five minutes sales person that was working completely ignored me as he was too busy flirting with the young cute customer. I would have been happy to stand in line if I had just been acknowledged. But typical tricities no customer service. Going back to online Verizon. Don’t go to this store if your over 30 they will ignore you

I came into the shop to pay for my phone bill in another city than my home town. I was courteously greeted n given helpful assistance 4 fixing apps on my phone. I was shown appropriate devices that I had wanted to buy n hadn't a specific idea what I wanted. Both salesperson were helpful n I received exactly what I wanted n needed. I am happy w the service n the phone equipment I purchased! I'd recommend them to others!!

Thank you thank you Austin! You were my Hail Mary and you came though! Thank so much. I can’t believe you did it! My daughter’s screen had totally blacked out and you were able to get in and reset the phone 20 minutes before closing! You are amazing!!!

I bought a new phone and didn't even transfer my service from my old one to my new one when that was my whole point of getting a new one. Sale associates were no help at ALL.

Went to have my cellular service transferred to my new phone. There were 2 people working. The lady said the guy had to help me and she couldn't. So I waited 40min and he was still helping the same guy, meanwhile there are 3 of us waiting and they didn't acknowledge us, say how long it would be or anything. The lady just sat there and apparently couldn't help with anything..worthless customer service.

I had some phone bill issues and no one would help me except for Issac. He is an amazing employee. He stands up for his customers, I highly would recommend coming here. He definitely should receive a raise or something. He’s absolutely amazing.
