Been a new customer since Friday, number still isn't active! No one said I had to be at home to receive my phone when we placed my order, so had to wait another day to get my phone to bring it in to activate. When I ordered my phone they provided me a list of what I would need to bring to the store to activate. I go and the girl working won't activate it AFTER my phone was wiped, saying I need more then the list they gave me! Then won't call the account holder for me knowing I have a wiped out phone and no way to look up there phone number to call myself. As I'm walking out the door the kid next to me tells me they don't have the case they want for his iPad and no one even bothered to check the other stores for him just sent him on his way. Very disappointing experience today off to a very bad start! Tomorrow will be a week I've been waiting to receive my phone and get active.

STAY AWAY. THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW THEIR PROMISES. I came into the store to return a phone from a business account and open a consumer account. The associate stated that I didn't need to return the phone as they give it away for free anyway and opened the consumer account. A month later I get a $650 charge for not returning the phone. I try to go back to the store and they stated that I'm past the one month time frame so I can't turn it back in and that the store manager would call me as he was not onsite. They did not. I now have to go into the store another time as there are no other real corporate verizon stores nearby. WORST POSSIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I would have never opened a verizon account if I knew this was the service in the Tri-cities.
Edit: I tried going back to the store as the store manager nor the issue resolution form by the verizon bot called me. The store manager was not helpful. Basically, stated I needed to contact verizon customer service via phone.
Therefore, my review still stands. This Verizon store will not honor their commitments and will lie to you to make a sale.

10 stars!!!!! Nick was an incredible help. In a matter of 3 days another carrier made promises, set up an account without permission, downloaded temporary numbers, and locked one of our phones. Nick restored everything back to Verizon. Thank you Nick and Verizon for making everything right again.

Been there 3 times for a Sim issue in a brand new tablet and they never fixed the issue. You wait and wait. I have spent nearly a day total with this.
The last sim card they put in, came out with wear marks 90 degrees to they way they should. (Brand new tablet and sim should not show any wear marks) So they wanted to go with an e-sim. I asked if they didn't think there was something wrong internally. "No there shouldn't be."
Still having network issues it seems, and now after dropping it 3 times while they were putting it back in, my brand new 1 Tb micro SD card isn't recognized.
I am so done with this.

TJ the store manager went above and beyond to fix a problem that I had gotten into because of going to a third-party store!! NEVER AGAIN will I go to another store that isn’t this one! The other stores promise you so many things and just want to make a sale. And these people have to do all the fixing and explaining because the other stores don’t even know what they are doing!

I don't know what compensation structure these guys have, but they do seem pretty disappointed when you don't buy a new phone right off the bat. Very sales oriented, not very helpful on actually supporting the product you already have.
