Village at Grandridge is a top notch apartment complex in the Tri-Cities. The entire staff is super friendly, nice, helpful, and assertive. The complex is always making sure it's in tip top shape for its tenants. Residents note the great location and how the place looks and the vibes. Many have lived there for multiple years, feeling safe and comfortable. Some former residents miss living there after moving away. While most reviews are very positive, one mentions a past resident had some problems with the place.
