7701 West 4th Avenue, Kennewick WA 99336
“We stayed at La Serena for two and a half years. The apartments are well-kept and the complex is very nicely maintained and in best location in Tri Cities, in my opinion. We never had any issues with neighbors or anyone else in the community. There was little to no increase in the rent from one contract to another. The maintenance crew is top notch and I can't say enough of Cymbre and Rebecca in the office. Always helpful and always pleasant. Highly recommend to anyone.”

“Village at Grandridge is a top notch apartment complex in Tri-Cities. I have worked with them a few times on some projects. This complex is always making sure it's in tip top shape for their tenants. If I had 10 stars, that's what I would rate them. and Ashlee the property manager is amazing!!!”

“Management is so sweet, I was with Emily for my experience and I can say, I haven’t had a leasing consultant who’s as sweet and welcoming as she is. Both ladies were fantastic!10/10 recommend from manager to leasing consultant are absolute best!!”
