“I have nothing but good things to say about these apartments. Yes, they are expensive but well worth it. Nice, safe area, right of Columbia center so they are close to a lot of shopping. Close to good schools as well. The apartments are very well maintained and maintenance is very responsive. I had one instance of ants and it was handled quickly and I never saw them again. I had a few very minor issues and they’d be handled in less than 24 hours. The office staff is very friendly. The parking can suck here if you don’t pay for covered parking. Many times I had park very far from my apartment. That was really my only complaint. The washer dryer are nice. Washer came with an app. I would still live here if I hadn’t moved out of state.”
