“Village at Grandridge is a top notch apartment complex in Tri-Cities. I have worked with them a few times on some projects. This complex is always making sure it's in tip top shape for their tenants. If I had 10 stars, that's what I would rate them. and Ashlee the property manager is amazing!!!”

“Just moved my mom into these. I’m very happy for her. She has had wonderful interactions with the staff so far and it feels very safe and quiet. I was very surprised with how well the units seem to be sound proof and the finishes inside are above standard, at least for her unit. On the exterior, the lush, well-maintained landscaping and ample trees make you feel serene and removed from the concrete and hustle and bustle of the busier, more congested areas of the city. Can’t great traffic at all once in the unit, yet it is close to a major roads to get onto the highway quickly and anywhere in Tri-Cities within 15 minutes or less. In fall, the property looks gorgeous. Only thing I can suggest so far is more access to dumpsters in order to throw trash away. My mom hurt her knee and she has to limp over to the distant dumpster on a bad day with a full garbage bag. Not the most ideal. Some of the outdoor lights are not functioning so it is dark in some areas and it would be nice to have better/more lighting when going in and out at night.”

“Has been great so far ! Brianna has been extremely helpful and attentive. Maintenance is good. My only complaints would be the garbage that ends up in the pond as the ducklings and other birds try to eat it, the carpet that’s in the entryways is old and not appealing to the eye and I believe it would be best to just rid of it, also I would like to have a lock on the outside storage closets as anyone can hop over the deck railing and open it, would also be nice to have more than one lock on entry doors to the apartments , maybe some cameras around the properties as well for extra security and where my deck is located residents walk their dogs on the grass and let them relieve themselves in the ivy bushes and don’t pick up after them, maybe fencing that off would help that issue as well as I can imagine it will start to smell when the weather gets hot. Has been a pleasure to live here otherwise, I would recommend! Very spacious apartments.”
