I wish I would have gotten the horrible teller’s name that was rude from the get go, but all I have is a description. White, long brown hair and glasses. We simply walked in to add my name to the saving’s account that my wife opened up and the teller immediately said they won’t be able to help us. That it would take too long and they don’t have the time that today. Huh? Opening the savings account itself took 10 minutes and there were still 2 hours of business hours left. She didn’t even try to see if we could be helped. Flat out refused. I even explained that we live over an hour away and she didn’t care. My wife and I will be pulling all of our accounts from Wells Fargo due to her appalling lack of service and outright rude interaction with us.

My coworker went in for some help and guidance pertaining to her father shes caring for, a lady told her in a very rude manor, that they couldnt help her, she was causing a scene and to leave. My coworker is one of the sweetest people Ive ever met. She did not deserve to be treated with such disgusting behavior. I was thinking about switching, but not now Im not. IDC if the staff is overwhelmed. We work in a medical office, were overwhelmed, overworked and under paid. and not once do we treat people who come into our office with such poor attitude and no compassion.
Do better.

My mother came in with my grandparents and were treated extremely rude by one of the ladies at the front desk. The lady grabbed her papers kicked her out and told her to stop making a scene in front of the other costumers. I would never go back there again. Extremely rude behavior to show towards a costumer.

My friend came in asking for some help and guidance with her father and some items and rather than show any kind of patience or compassion she was told she was being too emotional and asked to leave. I would never bank here because of this. My friend can not recall her name , maybe it was Anna but either way, you should never treat people that way, disgusting behavior!

This bank has not answered the phone once in 2 weeks. I have called at least 6x a day. All different times. I don’t even know if it’s a bank with employees. I should not have to call my AZ branch to get a response.

No one answered the phone, I had questions to ask that could have easily avoided me driving to the branch. I get there ask my questions and inquire about foreign currency exchange, I understood I had to be a member, then I asked if I could open an account, I was told no, it was too late while they looked at another employee.. If that phone would have been answered I could have avoided that. I went to another bank with minutes to bare and they helped me out!

Employees are wonderful and the place is excellent, only problem is it's so understaffed. One person for the whole line plus waiting room. 20+ minute wait just to cash a check

Worst banking experience I have ever had. There is no first-come-first-served concept. No token or any definite waiting. Keep sitting like a fool. There was just one banker to take care of the customers. I wanted to open an account on 7/5. Waited for 1.5 hours and then left frustrated when saw they took several walk-ins who came after me. Very unprofessional behavior from the team (Fernando). If they have too many customers, you gotta strengthen the shortage of staff and please make banking fair for everyone. That’s the reason they don’t give you any token or something to hold your place fairly. I am not coming back to Wells Fargo ever again. There are other banks who are courteous and professional. Self explains why they have real poor rating on Google. Also, look at all the likes on negative feedback here. I am glad I didn’t open any account and let these unprofessional guys be in charge of my hard-earned money.

Let me tell you it was a saturday close to closing time for the bank. I was having trouble with my account because somebody hacked into it. And the lady that was helping me try to get some funds was very diligent. She stayed with it even past closing time. When it was time for her to go see her family. She stayed and helped me get some funs that i needed. So that I would have money for the weekend and that is outstanding servic. The branch I'm talking about is on Kellogg in Kennewick. Again thank you thank you thank you so much for everything that you've done. This team member should be employee of the Of the year, along with the teller that stayed so that she could process it and get me my money.

I have had an account with Wells Fargo for multiple years. I deposited a check and found non of it was available. When I called in they said non of the check would be available until the check clears. This makes me think that Wells Fargo is low on capital and is unable to front cash until they actually receive the funds transfer. I would really double think about diversification of your money. I know I will get a second or third account to diversify my savings just in case Wells Fargo goes under. I would not trust all of my money in a bank that appears financially weak.
