I have had an account with Wells Fargo for multiple years. I deposited a check and found non of it was available. When I called in they said non of the check would be available until the check clears. This makes me think that Wells Fargo is low on capital and is unable to front cash until they actually receive the funds transfer. I would really double think about diversification of your money. I know I will get a second or third account to diversify my savings just in case Wells Fargo goes under. I would not trust all of my money in a bank that appears financially weak.

They have 1 banker of 6 desks working to help customers out. Another woman in the back looks like she's just scrolling through social media. Very understaffed.

Bad experience with teller. I wanted to open a business account and Ana asked me to come back the following week, today is Thursday. Lazy tellers is not good for business. I will go to another bank.

To start there is only one branch in town. There was over a 30 minute wait to talk with someone and they don’t have public bathrooms!

Rude and disrespectful, waited for 2 1/2 HOURS to speak to the manager Mercedes and she was being a teller instead of coming to help me with a $27.000 deposit they had me contact the bank said it wasn’t a good check from chase bank had the bank on speed dial and spoke to them several times while I waited, someone took my ID then returned an hour later, gave her the phone number to the bank, was never contacted by Wells Fargo then FROZE MY ACCOUNT AND COME CLOSING TIME LOCKED US OUT ??♂️CLOSING THE ACCOUNT would recommend you do the same ?

It's not someplace I would open an account, but I understand it's a bank that works for others. Tellers are nice but there is either not enough staff or the available staff is poorly managed, they will close the drive thru if there isn't enough staff and there is almost always a line with only one or two tellers while there are other staff milling about chatting with each other.

Terrible service. Can't believe we have to bank here. Couldn't help us setup a business bank account. And then rude. Go anywhere else.

Tried to transfer money with Zelle which I have done many times. Was told account was invalid. Spoke to numerous people from customer service to tech support and after they exhausted trying to blame me they told me to go to a branch. Useless! Changing banks.

Expect to be standing for a long while every time you go in.. it's typical for 2 people to be helping a (to be honest, completely unprepared) customer while a third person is helping the drive thru as the line inside piles up to 15+ people. They need more actual bank tellers (bc theres always like 3-4 accountants sitting at empty desks just waiting for a potential client to walk in as they watch the mayhem from the sidelines) or at least a better system. Doesn't matter WHAT day of the week it is either. Happens every single time

Bad service. The teller Esther made a mistake by withdrawing 170 from my account and they haven’t corrected their mistake and refunded my account yet. It’s been more than 72 hours and the manager was supposed to call me and she haven’t.

I started banking at Wells Fargo because they are Nationwide. Also because they support HBCU'S. Speaking of which I would love to sit and talk to someone about Wells making a donation to an Endowment I set up at my University .
