They have 1 banker of 6 desks working to help customers out. Another woman in the back looks like she's just scrolling through social media. Very understaffed.

Tried to transfer money with Zelle which I have done many times. Was told account was invalid. Spoke to numerous people from customer service to tech support and after they exhausted trying to blame me they told me to go to a branch. Useless! Changing banks.

Just want to thank Wells Fargo for returning my money to me after their fraud investigation into my issue. It's so comforting to know that I was taken care of properly. Thank you.
