You can return the key after hours in the mailbox (built into the wall).

Great chance you won't get a car, since apparently they have no cars on the lot. And even if they do, they won't put you in a higher class car because they don't feel like it - even as a President's Club member. Instead, they call customers returning today and ask them to return early. Unbelievably unprofessional from an Avis franchisee. Can't blame the person at the counter, this reeks of a poor franchisee.

FAKE FINAL PRICE. $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT. I'm better off using Turo or Zip. Was about to finalize my booking what military discount. However something just didn't feel right after the review so I decided to call and ask if there are any additional charges or security deposits and of course she wanted to know my reservation first and when I said I didn't have one yet she automatically said that it was a $200 security deposit.

Do not rent a car here. The employee we had to deal with was the most unhelpful person I’ve ever met. They didn’t have the type of car we reserved and would not offer anything better and instead gave us a downgrade for the same price. They wouldn’t even inquire at their other location for us and demanded we do all the legwork to check with the airport location ourselves. We won’t be coming back to Avis!

Worst car rental place ever. Never have my car or any available cars even when booked months in advance. There's always have an excuse and notify me of an issue minutes before my rental. I tried renting from here three times since it's five minutes drive from home. Very frustrating. Going to SeaTac airport from now on.

Only one person at the counter and it took forever to get the car. Moreover, the person working was also answering phone calls at the same time. It defeats the purpose to stand in line if someone can call on the phone and get time with the associate before you.

I stopped by this location to exchange my rental since it was due for its first maintenance. Alaysha was incredibly patient and nice, helping me with the swap and even giving me an upgrade.

Worst most unhelpful service I have ever gotten at any establishment. Car was damaged and the engine was making terrible noises, was told by Avis customer service I could return to any location for a replacement and the onsite agent at this location not only didn't help, but told me to go back to the airport!
I am currently on vacation, but if I was on a business trip and this happened, I would be reporting it to our contract negotiators. Because no one should have to waste their time so their rental won't die on the side of the road in Seattle.

This Avis location is difficult to spot and tucked away in the corner.Small pick up area with a few cars available. Car had noticeable damages and stains. Staff was sure to make note of the damages on the vehicle report.Car drove fine during the trip...would have been nice to get an Avis car without any damages/stains/odor for once. At least I receieved the car with a full tank of gas!High traffic area...so be careful getting in and out of the lot.
