“Dale is such a friendly fellow and quite willing to negotiate. I recently traded my old Trek 7700 in at Dale's shop and got a used Sun Seeker recumbent, which I am enjoying immensely. I've had the Sun Seeker about two weeks and have put over 120 miles on it.
Don't let the eccentric appearance of the inside of the shop put you off. I don't know if Dale was rearranging the place but things were kind of tossed helter skelter. No matter, chatting with Dale will put you at ease.
I am more than satisfied with my transaction with Dale and would recommend his shop to anyone.”

“I live in rural Wisconsin, a beautiful state awash with rolling hills. The older I get, the harder my one speed bike got to "push" up these beautiful rolling hills. My neighbor let me borrow his X-Treme ebike for a little ride and I was immediately hooked. He purchased 2 bikes from X-Treme Scooters and told me not to worry about ordering my bike from them online. So I did and am very glad to have done so!! It's a beautiful bike and it makes hills a joy. My only suggestion for online customers: take photos of the package when it gets delivered. UPS did not do my bike any favors. The box was demolished; of the 3 packing straps, only 1 was intact, the other 2 had sliced into the box itself and bent some parts. X-Treme Scooters has been wonderful to work with and has sent the replacement part needed.”
