“Jason is an awesome person. He goes at lengths to address areas wrt bike assessment, damages estimates and charges reasonably. Never an instance of they trying to rip you off. My bike was recently damaged at a residential property and they offered to do a thorough evaluation while also making sure repair estimates are reasonable and in line with what insurance expects and the right format. Their sheet also listed a contact to an experienced lawyer in case I have follow up questions or legal requirements wrt bike law of Washington. No back and forth, just plain old professionalism. Super responsive via texts and emails tooNot to mention the awesome location of this store.Keep it up”
“I had a bike fit done on my tri bike at a regular bike shop, and they had no idea what they were doing, cost me a ton of money and wasn't the right fit. Northwest Tri & Bike was able to fix the fit for me in about 20 minutes at an extremely reasonable price. This place is awesome, and the staff is super helpful.”

“I can't say enough good things about this business. Several years ago, I decided to take up cycling. Being a novice I had to rely on advice from the experts, and this place was close to where I lived. I set up a test ride and love the performance of the road bike. Over the next few years I got into local racing and became a frequent visitor to the store for bike tuneup and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and doesn't try to oversell you. They do a great job with bike fitting and can recommend parts and service that will enhance your riding experience. “The staff was nice, knowledgeable, and dedicated. The store is open for limited hours (Noon to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday) due to the all-volunteer staff of bicycle fans. It's worth working your schedule to arrive during their hours.Very convenient location to ride your bike to, along Hiawatha Street, connecting Dearborn to the I-90 bike route.”

“I have taken my Azub Ti-Fly there two times. The first time I called Dale he just said bring it in and he would work on it. I went up the next day and he took care of it immediately. He provided great service with no waiting. He was even willing to help me get my trike back on the rack after he finished working on the trike.My second call to him was for two new front tires. He didn’t have them in stock but said they would be in the next day and he would call me. He did call when the tired came in and held them till I could get there the next day . He put them on and aligned my front end while I waited. Great service.”

“My S3 was not working, it was showing a battery error and was not staying on. Despite there being no service appointments available online until October (more than 2 months out), I decided to bring by bike to the store on Sunday and see if they could do anything for me.They were nice about it, and said they could take it early and to expect it back in 5-7 days. They ended up servicing it the next day, and around 24 hours after dropping it off, I was able to ride my bike out of the store, working as well as ever! Great service from the team at this store!”

“Purchased a Diverge comp e5. Haven't ridden a bike since the 1980s. They have changed since then. Just wanted to ride a local trail a couple times a week to get outside. Very impressed with the selection at Center cycle. I'm noticing that the price increases associated with improved components are worth it. (Not that I'll be climbing that ladder very high!). Staff at Center cycle is very helpful with getting set up and getting my bike working well for me.”
