“These guys rock! Andrew, John, and Ryan were a pleasure to do business with. I had an oddball request for my Jasion RetroVolt Pro ebike to get help installing some Canadian aftermarket torque arms. A lot of folks were reporting issues with my ebike's make and model so I took preventative measures by ordering replacement parts and bringing it into their shop. Ryan and John took on the task, fitting me in earlier than originally quoted on the phone, and got to work. In less than a few days, my ebike was ready and serviced to spec. John took additional time to show me some new rider pro-tips for comfort and safety. Above and beyond service. Upon picking up my ebike, I brought in an old Sedona traditional bike that my mom bought me. Andrew, John, and another worker welcomed me in and performed a safety/service check on-the-spot. It was super neat being able to get behind the scenes with John and inspect the Sedona as he would, learning a whole bunch of beginner knowledge from him teaching in a very training friendly way. Picked up a bunch of maintenance tips along the way. All and all, the cost to install torque arms, service, safety checks was very affordable. The learning was invaluable. And getting to know another solid, local business that I'll continue to go through is a major win. I highly recommend this bike shop! Convenient scheduling, flexible and dependable, and affordable. Located next to Enumclaw QFC, behind the Jersey Mikes and near the Chiptole. Shop has a lot of product and bike space for its size! Kid friendly! Thanks so much for having us.”

They were really focused on making sure that I walked out of the shop with a bike that made sense for me and my family. Great investment. I ride the bike just about every day for commute + kid dropoff. So much better than being in a car.”
