“I have taken my Azub Ti-Fly there two times. The first time I called Dale he just said bring it in and he would work on it. I went up the next day and he took care of it immediately. He provided great service with no waiting. He was even willing to help me get my trike back on the rack after he finished working on the trike.My second call to him was for two new front tires. He didn’t have them in stock but said they would be in the next day and he would call me. He did call when the tired came in and held them till I could get there the next day . He put them on and aligned my front end while I waited. Great service.”

Northwest Tri & Bike was able to fix the fit for me in about 20 minutes at an extremely reasonable price. This place is awesome, and the staff is super helpful.”
