“I recently had my drivers side mirror damaged while going thru a car wash. Kent Collision Center replaced the mirror. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. I couldn't get my car in for a few days after the mirror came in, so that gave them time to paint the mirror. I dropped my car off about 10:00am. A few hours later I got a message I could pick my car up at 3:30pm. The mirror looked great. My car had been washed and then I realized the. inside was cleaned also. It looked so good. I highly recommend Kent Collision Center.”
“I love this place! They were so very nice and gave me all the info I could ask for and more!! I only went in for an estimate so far because my car got hit by a golf cart that the maintenance guys use, while I was parked, and it was actually a huge dent and I needed an estimate. I actually have to get three because they think they're going to choose the cheapest one, however, at pro finish I was informed that the law in Washington state is that you get to pick who does the work on your car, you don't have to go with the cheapest estimate. I would have never known that if they didn't tell me! Thank you Pro Fnish!!! Also, they were very friendly and otherwise knowledgeable and super fast with the estimate! I definitely recommend!!”

They kept me updated with texts and calls, which was very helpful for planning purposes. My car was finished in the estimated time frame and came back clean and perfect!”
“This was one of the shops that my insurance worked with/recommended for repair. The whole process was smooth and painless, from the friendly front staff to the estimator/liaison (Herb) and all the texts with updates that I received. We even had our car back in basically brand new shape about 4 days early, so that was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, I'm beyond satisfied with the quality of work, customer service and speed of repair. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body / collision repair.

The only minor complaint was it took awhile for me to get a status update on my car which was frustrating but it was during the beginning of the holiday season so I can understand things happen.
