“I don't normally do reviews unless im overly impressed with the quality of service. I have 2012 GMC Sierra that had eye sore damage in a very unusual area on the back corner part of the cab. Collision 1 in Auburn Washington did an amazing job fixing my truck. They went above and beyond my expectations. I thought about buying a new truck because of the damaged area that it was in. but, who can afford a new vehicle these days? So i decided to spend $8,000 to fix my truck in lue of $80,000 for a new one. Brandon is the manager there. A very straight up honest guy. He shows his excitement to fix your car the minute you meet him. His whole team there are professionals and do exceptional work. Leadership has alot to do with that. When I got my truck back today I felt like I had bought a brand new truck again minus being in debt for $72,000. Thank you Brandon and the whole team at Collison 1. You all earned my loyalty in the future.”

He was understanding, compassionate, honest and the work done was top notch, they went above and beyond to provide great service! My repair wasn’t major, but was done right and he helped me out big time when I needed it most! His staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating! They got my job done quickly! So glad I found them! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. If we weren’t moving out of state, I would use them for all future needs.
