The whole process was smooth and painless, from the friendly front staff to the estimator/liaison (Herb) and all the texts with updates that I received. We even had our car back in basically brand new shape about 4 days early, so that was a pleasant surprise.

The only minor complaint was it took awhile for me to get a status update on my car which was frustrating but it was during the beginning of the holiday season so I can understand things happen.
