“I never leave reviews. Ever. But I've had 3 interactions with this company now and have literally nothing bad to say. They worked with me for a few months to get a part from a company that was not willing to work directly with consumers. They were great.”

“Sonic Collision is definitely on my radar as the top autobody repair place to go. Staff is kind too. I was parked at worke and a car backed straight into the side of my little 2009 Scion XD on wet dark night. Sonic gave an estimate & restored my car door to be honest it looked new.I thank Floor at Burien Toyota for recommending them to me and bonus enterprise meets you there with a rental car.”

“If I could give Monarch 10 stars, it wouldn’t be enough. I drove from Bothell all the way to Federal Way and I will never go to another collision center. The service and communication was great. The work was fantastic, and the pricing was extremely fair. Monarch went above and beyond every step of the way!”

“This place was great! I was driving home from work on Monday and saw a colossal rock fly at my window on I90 and it made a gnarly chip on my windshield. I know from prior experiences that I had to get this repaired before it spread and webbed out. Found this place o. Yelp and other called for availability and he was able to see me the next afternoon no problem. I like that he's on my way home and right off the freeway. Service was quick even though he was training a couple of other guys and the price was totally fair (cheaper than a windshield replacement if I didn't take care of it). Highly recommend! Nice guy too!”

1510 Central Avenue South Ste b, Kent WA 98032
“We had our windshield replaced here today. Front desk reception was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of outlets in lobby to recharge your phone if waiting there. They took our car in on time. We waited a couple hours and our car was fixed and looked great. Price is fair and they were able to get us in the next day from the day I contacted them for a quote.”

“Alan is without question the nicest and most capable mechanic I’ve ever met. You can count on Alan to be fair, honest and tell you what your car needs and what it doesn’t. He’s one of a few great-ones in a spotty industry. He’s like family to many, so many of us count on him. 03 Corolla going stronger than ever!”

“I wish I could give them more stars. Peter Pan auto glass saved me this week. My car got broken into, smashed my passenger window and insurance was useless and said I had to pay out of pocket. My usual shop quoted me over $1,000 which felt insane and I’d need to wait for them to get the parts. But when I called this shop they had me bring it in, pass off the keys and they had it replaced and cleaned out of loose glass in less than 1 hour and charged me $253 so I saved a lot of time and money and stress by going to these guys. It’s definitely worth it to get them to fix your car!!”

“My rear window was broken on Sunday and needed a replacement. I contacted a few other companies nearby but they were closed or inaccessible due to flooding in the area. Another place I called didn't have the right part in stock. So these guys weren't my first choice, but I'm glad I ended up calling them. They quoted me a really good price and scheduled me for the next day. Given the recent flooding, road closures, traffic, and nasty weather in the area, it would have been perfectly understandable if the appointment had to be delayed or rescheduled, but the technician still arrived on time and did an excellent job. I was able to make it to work that day, even if I was a few hours late. I can't thank you enough for your help.”

“I picked up my car from FASS and almost wanted to cry with relief. They did such an incredible job on the repair, and communicated every step of this process. The car was literally glittering in the sun when I laid eyes on it. They also deep cleaned my tires and they look brand new. I’m vey happy with this service and will definitely use FASS for any future repairs. Additionally, Kat their receptionist is so kind on the phone and patient even when you call every day for an update. I definitely recommend this shop!”

“After 40 years in the auto insurance business I know the difference between work done right the first time and the alternative. My creed in this area when I was in business was simple “if I don’t hear from my policyholder after it’s a good thing”. I have no reason to call them”

“Absolutely amazing! When others said it couldn't be done, Tlz Solutions was able to locate a replacement windows on a 1999 Subaru and replace it the same day! Other businesses told me they would need to order the glass and that I would have to wait 2-3 days. They definitely went above and beyond to get my windows replacement within the time frame I needed. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend to all my friends and family.”

“I have used Smart Glass in the past and they could be unreliable but under their new management they are clearly focused on the customer now. The new manager worked with me the whole way through the process and answered my call in the middle of the night. I will tell everyone I know to go there now. If you need glass done give them a try and you'll be satisfied.”

“Fantastic service! Exactly what I needed and thorough. Travis listened to my problems, evaluated the situation and offered options. I didn’t wanna upgrade my system and he didn’t try to push it, he offered a one hour evaluation and during that hour was able to find a simple setting issue within my CarPlay that was causing the problem and it didn’t need to be replaced. 45 minutes later, I happily paid for the service, problem, resolved, and I again was able to use my stereo system.”

“I recently came here to get my front bumper repaired. The service was great from start to finish. I was kept in the loop. Since my car had to stay, they had the car rental come and pick me up. When I came back to pick up my car, they let me drop off the rental right there. Highly recommend this shop.”
