“At all of my visits, I received outstanding customer service. My most recent visit, my license plate screws somehow fell off in the wash. The manager Sergio took his time to look for it; he gave me two dollars to go buy, new screws; and, he gave me a plate holder to put it my license plate plates.

I have never encountered such a professional manager at Brown beer. He was very personable; easy to talk to; and a genuine care for customers. One would think he went above and beyond, but it seems to be the norm for him. Definitely knows how to diffuse a situation. “My husband's car is filthy dirty he washes it twice a year. And anytime I drive it I like to have it washed. We pull up to One of the two lines to wash the vehicle. There's a really nice lady who stands outside and describes anything for us that we do not understand and makes recommendations if we ask her. I told her my car was really dirty and she said that if we felt the car was still dirty after we went through the car wash that we could run it through again for free. That was cool. I Paid for my car wash and moved forward. Another really nice lady had a paddle in her hand that Gave us the expected direction of when we should go which way to turn if we're outside the lane or inside the lane. Put your car in neutral and let the conveyor move your vehicle through the car wash. Inside there were multiple color lights which was entertaining with itself. When we got to the end of the car wash I was surprised at how clean it was. I really didn't want to take the time to run the car through the car wash again but it only needed a little bit more cleaning. It looked 80% better than it was. I was just happy it didn't look disgusting anymore. I would definitely go here again. It was one of the best carwashes I've ever been to, I especially love the fact that I didn't have to get out of my car.”

I am extremely picky about water spots because my Camry is black and shows every imperfection. The spot-free rinse setting here is the real deal. A lot of car washes in Kent claim to be spot-free but still leave mineral deposits that I have to buff out later. I can spray this down, drive off, and it dries perfectly clear without me having to towel it off every single time.
Payment Convenience:
I stopped carrying cash years ago and hate fumbling for change. The card readers on the bays actually work here and cycle quickly. It sounds like a small thing, but nothing is more frustrating than a broken reader or a coin jam when you just want to get home and sleep.
Final Verdict:
If you drive for work or just obsess over your paint finish, this is the spot. Just a heads up that the lot can get tight during the lunch rush because of the food truck, but if you are a night owl like me, it is the best setup in town.”
