“After having my car stolen and thankfully found, I drove straight to Final Touch Detail to get my car DEEP cleaned. I left my car feeling absolutely violated after the incident and came back to my car THOROUGHLY cleaned. The receptionist, I believe her name was Joyce was amazing. She was super sweet and welcoming. You come in to schedule an appointment as you cannot leave your car overnight. I had the internal and external servicing done, I took my car in at 10AM and my car was ready for pickup by 2PM. I will 100% be returning back. They do have two pit bulls in the office but they are absolute sweet hearts! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my car during a difficult time!!”

“The Clean Car Guy Mr. D.W went above and beyond to help me out!Initially I contacted him for mold remediation in my pickup as I was looking to beat a quote from one of his competitors.He beat the quote however it was still too expensive for me! Due to a relatively unique situation I currently have quite a bit of time on my hands. As such, I decided to tackle it myself.HUGE undertaking to do it solo and do it right. Looking back and reconciling my expenses as well as time spent his pricing is beyond fair in my opinion.Furthermore, he seemed like a great guy during our initial conversations. Turns out, he is!!I contacted him offering to pay for his professional advice with specific issues and he answered everything as well as anticipated future pitfalls I was yet to encounter as well- free of charge!I will definitely be doing business with him in the future and will always recommend him to anyone looking for fair pricing and outstanding customer service! 10/10 will return again!! Stand-up guy.Due to his clear knowledge of the mold remediation process and through understanding of the issues I ran into and questions he asked I’m confident he would’ve delivered on the work had I been in a better position financially. I look forward to utilizing his services down the road!Also just to re-iterate, his pricing is beyond fair. It took me quite a while to get it done proper and with the time spent plus rental equipment, cleaning products and the proper PPE, he is a no-brainer.Unless you magically find yourself with copious amounts of time on your hands and already own some of the equipment… I simply can’t recommend undertaking this on your own. Very professional, super accommodating (They installed skid guards and spoiler although they are not officially on the menu. ) and fast! This repair was completed in about an hour, as promised.The cost of the repair was about 1/3 of what the dealership would have charged. “An excellent car wash! I’m not a “car wash enthusiast” but it’s always nice to go to a place even in different locations and get the same quality/service you’re used to. Things don’t go perfect every time (mainly with the interface to get into the car wash and when the arms decide to go up) but the staff are always happy and friendly, usually remember to tape the rear wiper, and give good directions. This is a really seamless washing experience; they can also have stationed vacuums for self interior cleaning and a store for snacks.”

“My insurance directed me to this business but I took it to the West Seattle location I took my car here even though I lived near the Rainier location because I felt the location near me was snobby and I didn't feel right over there. They gave me an impression like they didn't care and would help me. West Seattle was far the best out of all their locations. Excellent customer service. They text me status and kept me updated on my car. I would recommend them to anyone. When my insurance recommended Service King I called all their branches they were either too busy to answer their calls, back logged or said they couldn't work on my car. This location was so friendly, courteous and dedicated to their customer. I was very happy I took my car to them. They got my car done and I was so glad they were there to help me and get me in and get my car done in a timely manner Thanks Again Service King of West Seattle. They get a 5 star rating from Me”

“I am a person who takes great care in maintaining my car. I used to wax it myself 3 times a year, and was always pleased with the results. One day I decided to give Mr. Detail a try for a standard wash and wax, and after that figured maybe I should leave most of the detailing to a professional. Last year I decided to upgrade to a polish and wax service and was amazed at the noticeable difference. My car always looked great according to my neighbors, but the polishing made it look like a car still on the dealer's showroom floor. I now wax my car once a year and Mr. Detail does it twice.Mr. Detail Ballard has great service. There is no hard sell. I go in, we talk about my objectives, the manager looks at my car, and we talk about the best option for me. From this point on, it'll be the polishing service.”

“It was clean, the vacuums (didn’t use) are staged at the entrance to each bay, which Is different from most I’ve used in the past but I found to be an organized layout had there been a line.Very few 24 hour anything these days for people who work a swing or graveyard shift to get some after work errands taken care of . So for me I found the 15 mins drive justified. Spent a little over an hour there from 1:30 to 2:45 am without being approached for a cigarette, or the change that may reside in my cupholder, or any other hassle or inconvenience. Turns out they got the triple action foam blasters, some brown bears only have the foaming brush, which for me is important as I’m not a fan of the brush on paint. In my opinion that’s a 5 star self service car wash trip.”

I understand things happen, I just wish the closure had been posted on google or the website, because I drove here from Renton. I normally don't mind making the commute because it's one of the only car washes I feel safe at, especially at night time.”
