When I had an issue (only once), I left a message and was called back within 5 minutes and the issue was immediately resolved. Facility is clean and well lit.

Super convenient place with great service! I was so thrilled to learn I could send packages through FedEx, UPS *and* USPS all in one place without having to run around looking for the right dropboxes/stores all over town.
