If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Have had repeated issues with this location due to incompetence and lack of communication. Recently had a package sent to this facility, and have been trying for nine days to pick this package up. Was home the entire day they left a slip on my door, claiming they had no access. If they had no access, how did they leave a slip on the door?!? I requested it to be held at a local Wallgreens on day six (Wednesday), was actually CALLED by a representative that told me it was at the location ready to be picked up, which it wasn't. Called customer service and they told me they would escalate the situation and that it should be there the next day, and I should receive a confirmation email/text the following morning. I never received it. It is now Saturday and my package is still sitting at the facility. After a lengthy back and forth with yet another representative, whom pretty much repeated tracking information I could see myself and informed us a report was never filed for escalation, she finally told us a "scan update just happened" and it is at the facility and can be picked up. If the package is not there, I will be updating this review. This company is a joke, and I will avoid using FedEx at all costs now. I don't know how this location is averaging three stars when it is riddled with one star reviews, with similar issues going back years.

Had package to be delivered. At home awaiting delivery. Driver left slip on back door. Obvious not my front door. It's a townhouse. Doorbell located in front of house.

The staff membwr that helped me was great, an older gentlemen, helpful and caring and quick.
Business location is tucked away in the industrial warehouse area, but is actually green and beautiful surrounding... nice to bring the dog and take for an on/off leash walk. Lay in the grass and read or scroll while your pup scratches and stretches it's back on the grass... you know the move.

This guy "Alex" messed up my returns because he put all my returns and labels into 1 box because he seems to know ALOT. Now they wouldn't give me a full refund. I have to make a bank dispute because of his mistake. When i asked him about it he pretend to not remember lol What a funny dude. This Fedex is a joke!! Stay away.
