I am unable to walk further than 5 feet currently and this shipping company refuses to deliver to me because of my door code despite having it and my phone number. They won't even call to tell me they're at the outer door. Today I was watching out the window. There was an update but no delivery driver

Called in morning-of delivery to reschedule the package for pickup and they were very helpful on the phone. Everyone in person was super nice and I had multiple delivery drivers check in to see if I’d been helped while I was waiting!
