“Kenneth “Ken” Smith was my delivery driver and truly the GOAT. He was warm, friendly, and handled my package with impressive care and attention to detail. “My customer needed to transport a couple of very sensitive TV’s. After calling numerous companies, I got in contact with Crating Specialties. Not only was their quote reasonable, it came with a full description of how they would handle the crating.Mark and Jessica were very pleasant throughout the process. Even when faced with some unexpected challenges, Mark is one of those guys that looks for a solution. They got the crating and palletizing done for us in a timely manner and provided pictures of the crating and palletizing. It was a very intense project because neither my customer (in California), or myself (Minnesota) were anywhere close or able to look at the product. The professionalism that this company showed was nothing less than superb.I wish they were nationwide because I would not hesitate to use them again and again.Thank you to the team of Crating Specialties for being FANTASTIC!”

“I was picking up a pallet from the depot. Finding the right place to be wasn’t hard, but knowing I was in the right place was a bit of a challenge. There were clues, obvious in hindsight; after following a freight truck through the south entrance, the signs for parking hung on the other side of the chain link fence off to the right, the lack of marked parking lines, another sign for will call. I think they expect you to come in the other way and then drive around when they tell you where to go wait. Anyway, if you come in the South Entrance first, park off to the right. Go up the ramp, walk in to the warehouse follow the windows to the right and get someone’s attention through the door. Friendly service, fork lift driver was courteous and careful and we had a very friendly conversation. Thank you for the safe delivery!”

“Mackenzie made my experience at this UPS location really smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, and my shipment to Ohio arrived fast with no issues. The whole process was easy, and she handled everything in a very professional and organized way. What stood out most was how genuine and friendly she was. Mackenzie is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and we had a really nice conversation while she helped me. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and honestly she’d probably be the main reason I’d come back to this UPS store.”

“I want to give a huge thank-you to Steven and his team at the FedEx location in Kent. Due to flood evacuations, the store had to close early, but Steven went above and beyond by allowing me to come in before business hours the following morning so I could pick up an urgent package. That level of customer service and care is truly exceptional. I’m very grateful for their professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help during a stressful situation.”

“THIS IS NOT A POST OFFICE. The reviews for this address inaccurately describe this location as a package or mail delivery office. It is a USPS mail distribution center.”
