Isernio's Sausage Company produces delicious, clean-tasting meat products. Their ground chicken and pork sausages are very tender and not grisly at all. The products are praised for their versatility. While sometimes difficult to find in stock in stores, this issue seems to be improving. The company is noted for having really nice people and being very responsive on social media. For delivery drivers, it is reported as a great place to deliver, with efficient and accommodating service. Customers and delivery personnel state they would absolutely purchase from or deliver here again and again.

I have been using Isernios Al Pastor for several years now and I just found out they make Korean BQ and other flavors! The Al Pastor I use for tacos, enchiladas, nachos, taco salads. It’s so handy and easy to cook up and so versatile too. It helps to make great tasty meals quickly.

The Al Pastor diced pork product is certainly lean enough and the seasoning is good however the product we just bought at Costco contained a fair number of pieces of gristle which is a real turn off …. at this point, not sure we will buy this product again.
