Kent Audi Repair is a great place with excellent customer service and great work. Customers appreciate the honesty and note they are treated with kindness and respect, with everything explained well. They have a waiting room and a very nice bathroom for guests. The waiting room is a work in progress. Some note it is more like an auto part or mechanic shop, and if you need something specifically for an Audi, you might have to go to the dealer.

I went looking for only one little thing for my Audi, and they didn't have it. So, I guess this place is alright, but more like an auto part/ mechanic shop kind of business. If you need something específicly for Audi, you might have to go straight to the dealer.
