βUpdate: We're back three years later and even though we shopped around we came back here because the help of the sales and management staff are unrivaled. Jason was still here and as wonderful as ever and Brandon helped us on one of the days to find a specific car that met my wife's needs. Jesse over in Finance and the manager Joel were great too!
Short version: Jason is great and this was the most chill car buying experience I ever had and Iβll be back for my next car.
Jason helped me when I was buying my F-150 Lightning and he was the BEST! He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, helped me with my trade in, and made everything just so dang pleasant.
When he handed me over to Gabe in finance, I was talked to in a way that wasnβt high pressure or unpleasant. I was preparing myself for the usual high pressure for add-ons but instead he just took his time to explain everything and respected my decisions about what I wanted and how I wanted to finance my truck.β

βThe Rebuilder has helped many times over the years with my classics to keep them on the road. Today, Friday January 2nd, The Rebuilder was in the shop and was able to rebuild my W200 alternator within an hour so that I didn't have to make the trek back and all for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Why buy new and risk installation and belt alignment issues when you can easily rebuild.β
βI am extremely pleased with the professional work from Iron Mike Automotive in 2025. They expertly handled a full refresh of my 2011 BMW E92 M3's rear suspension, installed new coilovers, replaced critical fluids, and repaired a cracked inner exhaust muffler. All work was completed quickly and efficiently.
What really stands out is their honesty and proactive approach. They originally diagnosed the loose rear suspension issue, leading to the full repair. They always took time to answer all my questions clearly.

βWe took our car to another tire shop which shall not be named. They told us that the inner and outer tie rods were loose and that we'd need to order new parts as well as get an alignment. They couldn't get the part in, so we called Point S.
They got the parts and got it up on the rack, only to discover that everything was tight: we only needed an alignment! They could have made some money and put the new parts on anyway, but they told us we didn't need it and did an alignment. Saved us money big time.
We'll be coming back to this one. ??β

βP1 is hands down the best wheel repair shop I have ever worked with. They are the only shop in the PNW I would ever be willing to go to. Not only do they do excellent work, but they are also fast, friendly, and have always blown away my expectations.. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I have had them work on everything from an ISF's wheels I had years ago, up through repairing wheels for my ferrari and even bringing back to life a super battered set of TE37SLs for my Evo X. PICK THEM IF YOU NEED ANY WHEEL WORK!!!!!!!!!!!β
βThis place worked wonders when my normal shop said my car was basically dead. Another rebuild shop said it would be 6 months. Other shops said they couldn't take my car. East Valley Auto Rebuild rebuilt my engine and fixed my alternator in less than 2 weeks. These guys are great and easy to work with. Well definitely go back!β
βEverything was exactly as it was! A no BS shop. Told them the problem squeaky belt or pulley. Told me I needed a tensioner and a new belt. Boom problem disappeared. I asked if they could do a last minute oil change and they said no problem. Price was fair and I felt valued. Will come back and also recommend this place. I felt not scammed. βEast Hill does a great job! They complete the repairs on my car quickly and have fair prices. As consumers, we can only get two out of the following three: price; quality; and service. East Hill gets really close to delivering all three. Great work, fast service, fair prices. I'm OK with that. Try them!
Since I wrote the above, I've been back a few times for other work (this week, a new wheel bearing). Same good service, good work and fair prices.

βI had an excellent experience during my recent visit to Bratch Auto Body, and I canβt recommend them highly enough.
My 2010 Prius was badly damaged when a tire from another car flew into my vehicle while I was driving on local highway 169. This happened on a Saturday morning just five days before Thanksgiving, and based on the damage, I honestly thought Iβd be without a car for the entire holiday. Desperately, I reached out to Paul, my trusted store manager at Firestone Covington, and he suggested I contact Bratch Auto Body in Kent. It was already around 10 AM, and Google Maps showed they were closed on Saturdays. I called anyway, expecting to leave a message - but someone answered and told me to bring the car in right away.
From that moment on, everything was outstanding. The store manager inspected my car, gave me a clear estimate, and an expected completion date. I was shocked (in the best way) when he said it would be ready by Tuesday. The price was also very reasonable, much lower than I had expected. Since I needed a rental car, I planned to walk to Avis in the rain, about 20 minutes away. But the young lady at the front desk stopped me and said she would ask her boss to help. A minute later, the store manager personally drove me to the rental location. The kindness truly meant a lot to me, especially because of the unusual events I had to go through that day.
On Tuesday at 2 PM, I picked up my car, fully repaired. The manager carefully walked me through what was found and fixed, showing photos from each stage of the repair. The work was done professionally and thoroughly. They even washed, waxed, and detailed the interior. My 15-year-old car came back looking almost brand new.
Today is Thanksgiving, and thanks to Bratch Auto, my car is back safely in my garage. They are not only professional and affordable - they genuinely care about their customers and understand the stress they are under. This wasnβt just the manager- everyone there treated me with warmth, kindness, and care. I am truly grateful. This is a level of service that worth paying with satisfaction. Thank you!β

My mechanic referred me to them for an issue outside his wheelhouse. After I dropped off my Ford Edge, Mark called me shortly after and asked about the vehicleβs historyβspecifically whether the front driverβs side had ever been in an accident.
As it turns out, I had been in a significant accident on that side. Mark explained that while they could fix the issue, he recommended I first return to the shop that did the original repair and see if my insurance company would reopen the claim since the problem was likely related. I followed his advice, and the repair ended up being fully covered by insurance.
Mark could have easily done the work himself and charged me for it, but instead he chose honesty and integrity. That says everything.
Because of that experience, Puget Sound Alignment has my business going forward. When I need alignment work, I wonβt go anywhere else.β
