These guys are awesome, efficient, affordable, friendly and professional. There may be a little language barrier unless you speak Spanish but we should all be flexible or bilingual in 2023!!! Wouldn’t recommend another tire shop to friends, family or a stranger. This is the place to go!”

“I have trusted Frank with several of my VWs over the years and he has helped me with just about everything from entire engine rebuilds to lowered beams, service on my cars and custom fabrication work. I highly recommend him for his quality of work and honesty. There aren't many shops around anymore and if he is super busy he'll let you know. He has decades of knowledge and can help you troubleshoot and fix just about any issue you might have with your air cooled VW. There is a good chance he also might just have an original German part at his shop versus using a cheap repop part from the internet.”

“I live in Seattle and had my options of a lot of shops to do the work on my 2003 BMW 540i. The timing chain guides needed to be replaced (common failure on these cars) and I chose to take my car 21 miles out of the city to have the work done here. It’s a very time consuming and expensive repair and requires a lot of knowledge and experience. I had 100% trust in John and his shop and he delivered. There was an issue with one of the parts after the work was done that we ordered (not his doing or his part, he had no way of knowing it was bad) and the part and the work were all warrantied and taken care of immediately. I brought the car back and John kept it until it was completely back to working order. John stands behind his work and guarantees anything that they do and kept me informed the whole way through.”

“They’re above and beyond all other mechanics in Seattle area not just in kent or Renton. I moved from NY to PNW in 2013 , had to try few different auto repair shops before finding them . I owned Lexus, Honda , Mitsubishi and Volkswagen cars/SUVs over last 10 year period and they have provided quality work on all of them . They’re not expensive and not cheap , they won’t rip you off . I’ll say they’re very reasonable and have solved all my car problems and take full responsibility of their work. “Mark did an amazing job on my 1993 F150, she drives straight as an arrow. After multiple bad alignments at Les Schwab, I found Puget Sound Alignment and I’m not disappointed. Mark was very knowledgeable and explained to me how each adjustment affected the alignment of the truck. He explained to me what was out of spec and what he adjusted. I am very pleased and if I wasn’t moving out of state next week, this would be my go to place from now on. I highly recommend this place.”
