I love the selection at the store they have ample parking. They have a great load and unload zone. The staff are very low pressure. They’re helpful when looking for items when you can’t find them. I wish there were a little closer to the freeway entrance but definitely worth the drive.

Shop at Home Depot instead!They have changed to customer unfriendly return policies here. I do most of my own home repairs and it wouldn't be a stretch to say I have spent 20k at this store over the last 10 years through kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, finishing a basement, outdoor sprinkler system, built a custom big toy, and rewired most of my electrical system as well as other various projects using materials I have purchased from this store. This store is convenient to me as it is just down the street to where I live and the closest Home Depot is in Federal Way which is an additional 10 minute drive.First strike was at Halloween when I purchased a bunch of exterior lighting for decoration and I went to return 3 unused boxes of lights and I was told I couldn't do that because they were seasonal and it was 3 days after Halloween. I spent about $700 on that ticket and was trying to return $60 worth of goods, so I used and kept most of it. No mention on the receipt about "seasonal" return policy either. Whatever, I'm over it.Next strike was at Christmas. I got two of the same Dewalt cordless drill for Christmas and took one of them to Lowe's hoping to exchange it for another Dewalt tool that I did not have. This box was marked with a sticker on it that Lowe's uses for identification purposes so obviously came from Lowe's. Again, I was told no. They no longer do that. I asked for a manager, who clearly was bothered to have to take the time to discuss this with me and I got told they were part of a "pilot" program where they no longer would return or exchange anything without a receipt. Even during the holiday period.When I work on these big projects, I often buy things I may not use because I don't want to go to the store everytime a need arises. It is a waste of time. I rely on a store having a lenient return policy as sometimes these things take months and you have 10 different receipts for the same project as it evolves over the course of getting the project done. Then anything I don't use, I make one trip at the end and return what I don't need. It has NEVER been a problem and I am perfectly willing to accept store credit if need be. After all, I am just going to spend that right back in the store anyway.So, the other drill I got came from Home Depot. I had to call my sister and get the receipt from her because I wasn't about to have the same experience at Home Depot. Its super cool to burden someone who got you a gift to do work to track down a receipt and let them know that they wasted their time buying you something you don't need. Thanks Lowe's for that experience. So I go into Home Depot thinking about all the resistance I would surely get at their return counter. Instead I got greeted with a smile and I explained my situation. The lady at the counter scanned the product did some magic on her computer and got a signature from me and handed me a store credit for the drill. Didn't even have to take the receipt out of my wallet. So I went to the container section and bought $200 worth of storage containers.I will not support Lowe's regressive return policies. They are not customer service friendly. I am not going to fight with an associate either every time I need to return 10% of what I purchase during a large project. I will instead take the extra time to drive to Federal Way and purchase exclusively from Home Depot. I wanted to pass this along to your management so you have a real world example of how you just "saved" $160 worth of returns, but lost potentially 100 times that in revenue your store will never get from me from this day forward.Please don't request I do work and call someone in your call center so they can dispassionately listen to my concern and proceed to do nothing tangible about it. Just fix the policy because not only is it the right thing to do, it's good for business. I hope others see this review and share it online so it costs you even more business.

Lowes customer service has gone down the hill over the years. I'm a DIYer and if you know what you are looking for in yhe store than you're all good but try finding a staff member to help you when you have a question, good luck! I stopped going to Lowes on a regular basis!

Staff is very nice and respectful. Eager to help whenever needed. Floors are kept clean and safe to avoid accidents and it was super easy to get what I needed.

I went into Lowe's to purchase a special screwdriver and some bolt cutters. Found out they didn't carry the screwdriver I needed, and had to have an employee climb a ladder to get the bolt cutters. So while I was walking around looking at stuff. I had the STUPID RENT A COP following me around. Every corner I turned there he was! I understand that in today's world there is a lot of theft going on. However I DO NOT appreciate being profiled and followed around. Word of advice for the security guard. I understand that's your job but come on dude don't be so noticeable and maybe you can catch the real thieves out there! However the employees are great! They are very helpful.Keep the robot get rid of the rent a cop!
