“Great customer service and the staff seem to genuinely care about our animals and the pet owners. I've had very disappointing visits at other vets where it felt like the complete opposite and it was just my $$$ they wanted.”
“This is the place to go for a self dog wash. They supply an elevated tub, shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaning supplies, blow dryer, towels. You can also pay to have someone clip your pups nails. Everything is reasonably priced. They have lots of fun stuff for your dog too. Toys, treats, dog food, etc. Everyone is friendly and does a great job.”

“Cute little hole in the wall bird shop. They have the main room with small birds and lots of options for toys. And a large back room (depending on who's working you have to ask to go to the back) and they have a ton of bigger birds”

“We’ve been coming here since kids. It’s a landmark place for us who grew up in the area. It is right across from where the Midway Drive-In theater used to be. It was like a miniature zoo for us kids. I always shop here first without a second thought. That pet iguana they had as a mascot probably lived longer than some relatives…!”

“I went to Mud Bay for the first time on 5-23-2024 located at 25649 104th Kent what a great experience.The employee Jamie G was fantastic!I originally went in to get turkey tendons for my kitties. A friend suggested it to help keep their teeth tarter-free.Ended up purchasing a great cat food called FUSSIE CAT FINE DINING the texture is called mousse, NULO FREESTYLE GRAIN FREE silky mousse style which my fur baby LOVES I was also excited to find a good raw diet called WILD COAST RAW FROZEN CAT FOOD it is farm-raised rabbit and pork.I prefer a raw diet for my cats but haven't found a truly good easy to use product so was excited to try this one.My fur kids loved all of Jamie's great suggestions and I was excited to find a new texture of canned cat food that my pinky girl LOVES !!!!!Thank you MUD BAY in Kent WE WILL BE BACK !!!!!”
