This particular UPS… hands down phenomenal service! You can expect exactly what you need to get down from them and if they cannot get it done for you they will lead you to the direct source you can receive that information or help from.
The employees here have extraordinary customer service and are very relatable. You can tell as soon as you walk in you’re treated like a person instead of a check. They really know how to put themselves in your shoes =)

They've already deleted many bad reviews, including the one I posted about a dark-skinned woman wearing a mask who was working as a clerk that day. I was there picking up a package. Incidentally, some clothes were stolen from my package. She also tried to steal money from an elderly woman, charging her triple the normal amount. She didn't do it because the woman paid with a card, not cash. I would recommend going to the Post Office instead; it's much cheaper and safer.
Well with all the apologies but my Torid package was open and they only put tape on it to close it and they didn't want to give me my package when I went to pick it up, that's never happened to me before. I called the company saying they wouldn't send my package there because they're stealing. How strange that later I asked for another package and it arrived by USPS and it arrived perfect. And also that day I was listening to what the old lady said that they were charging her triple the normal amount, maybe you're not even the owner, that's why you say I have to speak to the manager, it's your business, not mine, you should know who you're hiring and be checking cameras if you care so much about your business and not letting it go down with the New York rats you have.

Overall good service. They make it easy to return Amazon purchases, it’s easy to buy mail supplies. For the most part the staff is helpful, sometimes they are a bit snappy if it’s busy but I see they’re helping customers both in person as well as fielding phone calls. Every time I’ve been there they triple check addresses and make sure the customers are getting the right speed for their needs. While I don’t use the notary, nearly every time I’ve gone in there is a notice saying the notary is unavailable and not because it was outside their operating hours but they just didn’t seem to have one for good while. I believe that issue is fixed by now.

if I could leave a review with zero stars I would, I came into the store Saturday, 7/20/24 at 4:30 pm I needed to next day very important documents and was told by the clerk they would go out Monday and reach the destination in California on Tuesday. However Tuesday when I checked the tracking to see if it had a arrived the documents had not even been sent out mind you I paid $62.89 for NEXT DAY shipping today Wednesday, 7/24/24 the tracking finally has updated and it is still in Seattle saying it will reach California this Friday the 26th which has caused me to miss a very important deadline and made me unable to go attend a important visit with a loved one when I called the store they could not refund me my $62.89 that I paid for NEXT DAY shipping even though it did not arrive next day that is insane I will never ever use this store again I'm out of money and my documents are floating in transit never again ! go some where else if you want your package or documents to reach their destination on time
