Been a personal and business customer for many years and banking has changed due to online banking etc.. However, they still have that community feel everytime I go in. Saturdays are the worst day to visit this branch! Waited 45 minutes in line to make a business deposit/exchange change. There was only 1 teller taking the walk-in’s and 2 ladies taking appointments. Woweee... US Bank Kent can do so much better than making a customer wait 10 minutes in an empty drive thru, just to make a deposit. Only One person in the bank was "not on a lunch break" at 3:45pm in the afternoon! SMH! The ATM can't be trusted either.
