“I'm somewhat new to WaFed. I have a couple of accounts but had some questions about my Money Market and CDs. I stopped by the Kent branch and spoke with Janeen. She was very friendly and super helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and made it easy to understand. I usually don't write reviews but service like this is a rarity these days. Janeen is a tremendous asset to WaFed. They're lucky to have a manager like her.”

“Called to pay an overdue safe deposit fee by phone, requesting payment to be transfered from my checking. Initially this branch and Wedgwood branch said I would need to come in to pay in person. I was a bit frustrated by this lack of 21st century capability to pay remotely. Nicely complained to the male person that, although I know he doesn't make policy, this was behind the times. We hung up. Then in 5 minutes the nice man called me back and said they'd figured out how to do it without me coming in personally. I appreciate this man's service. I also appreciate if Mechanics Bank can continue to modernize processes.”

“Like Sra. Chula above (below? Who knows, lol) I have been with CFCU as my primary banker for a very, very long time. I have always received professional and friendly assistance in anything I've ever needed.
Their fraud dept. recently flagged and notified me of suspicious pending transactions in real time. Yep, fraud. They not only stopped those, but then went back to research previous transactions that maybe hadn't been flagged initially. Found 1 from a month earlier had gone through, and again asked me about it. Yep, fraud. They immediately gave me a temp credit for that amount, and then a month later notified me that they had successfully recovered the entire amount. Cheers for exceptional work!

“Great staff! from top down at the Chase Bank in Kent Meridian. The branch manager is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made the process simple and easy. I am aware that the same service can take more than a day at other banks/credit union. My husband and I were impressed. My puppy was happy, too - he was treated with dog biscuits :)I've seen many "not so good reviews" about Chase Bank, but so far our experiences have been wonderful. We have been customers since 2022. I've gone to Burien branch, Southcenter branch and today we were referred to Kent Meridian branch. All of the branches provided great customer service and staff are friendly and professional.We were provided with the superb service at the Chase Bank in Kent Meridian. The branch manager Lu went above and beyond providing the service we needed. Lu was kind enough to help us between calls, so we didn't have to wait long. Max was great/ knowledgeable and we will continue to work with him during the upcoming months.Also, we were welcomed as we walked in by a man behind the counter and informed of a quick short wait. He was friendly and courteous.The branch is super clean and welcoming. It even has a table for kids to entertain - stickers and drawing, etc. and a cookie jar.
