David that works there is awesome. We had some issues with an online purchase and he took extra time to resolve the issue. The attention to detail and the care of effort was outstanding 5 of 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Just disgusting service.
They include so many services I don't need for which I have to pay hundreds of dollars a month.
They have no idea what they are doing, so they constantly call the central office to advise them how to connect and how to help the client
Absolutely no one, I don't recommend this store service.
So that you understand my anger and my disappointment, I paid $631 for seven lainess in one month.

Robert was highly attentive, patient, and extremely helpful. He helped me open my first ever business line and was happy to guide me through all my best options. We chose a phone together and I left with peace of mind that I'd be well covered in my business and travels. Thank you Robert!

The Verizon team member (Robert)was excellent and helpful. He did an excellent job with helping me choose the best plan as well as helping me select a phone that would suit my needs. I was very happy with the costumer service I received from him. Good job!

My husband and I went here yesterday to get new phones (it was time) and Robert helped us. He was great - knowledgable, friendly, and just really good at his job. He let us know what options we had, told us what discounts we could get, how we could save money - just super helpful. We were there a long time, because switching two phones over takes awhile, but didn't feel awkward or rushed. I'd absolutely go back to this store when it comes time for an upgrade.

Do not buy here, and definitely don't believe anything these people say. I traded in my old phone and was told I would have an $800 trade in credit, but it wouldn't hit my account until the next billing cycle. 2 months later I still hadn't received it so I went back to check. This time I got a different rep, who said they couldn't do that. BUT, he said he would help get me some other discounts that added up to $600 and that was the best he could do. He spent an hour working on it (he was the only one in the store, and in that hour several other customers got tired of waiting and left) so I was hopeful that he actually accomplished something. But, here we are a month later and those discounts haven't shown up either.

Went in to get my phone fixed and was surprised when I found out I had a different carrier. I thought I would check out to see if I wanted to change my carrier. When I found out what the monthly fee would be, I was very surprised! There was just no way I could afford it, and told them so. I wish I had gotten the mans name, he really upset me. The pressure tactics he used were really unnecessary. I just could not afford what they had to offer. To go from $47.00 to $113. a month was a no go for me.
Explaining to him, the pressure tactic was not helping him at all. And he should be more insightful of his customers demeanor. His come back was telling me he was the top selling person in bla bla bla... Really did not sit well with me. Doesn't look like I will be going back there anytime soon.

If you need help, go see Uriel. He has helped us from the time first time we got our phones and has continued to help us with our business account. Uriel was able to calm my husband when he gets fustrated and that can be hard to do at times. If we're ever in need of a new phone or make changes, we will go see Uriel.

Do not go to this store. I was lied too, equipment and services were put on my account without permission fortunately we were able to fix the situation before the amount was debited from our account but call in or go to a different store. This place is commission only focused.
Listen - I get it - commission based sales can be challenging but straight up lying to your customers for a new line activation is pretty bad.
