Had a question for the pharmacist. Waited on hold 9 minutes and was hung up on. Called back, and was disconnected after 5 minutes. Called a third time and finally spoke to someone after waiting about 10 more minutes.

Had to go twice to get my prescription filled and my doctor had to send the prescription twice. I know they were busy but they had poor customer service and were not helpful.

Always late for our prescription, EVERY SINGLE TIME. At least hours of delay some time even for days!
