“I come here on a regular basis I never had any issues. The ladies here are amazing and friendly and the gas prices aren't too bad either. The bathroom is one of the cleanest gas station bathrooms I've seen the whole store is always clean and you never see a bunch of trash out in the parking lot it's very well maintained.”
“Had asada Tripa and Al pastor tacos. Typically im a huge fan of al pastor but I wasn't a big fan of the flavor of it here. It wasn't bad just not what I like. I asked for the Tripa crunchy and i have complaints about it or the asada they're both good. I also came in dryer than salt in the middle of the dessert and got myself a strawberry pitaya lemonade and it was so good I almost drank it all before the tacos arrived”

“When my truck blew its radiator 150 miles from home it was pretty much stuck in their parking lot and i was basically stranded, the staff was super nice even though it was probably a hassle dealing with my hunk o' junk taking up space”
“This place is everything. The beer is comparable to grocery stores and they have EVERYTHING you might want from a smokeshop. Seriously, the owner knows what he’s doing. The staff is all top notch and the place is CLEAN and well stocked. If I could, I’d give it more stars. I travel out from Burien to go here. Well worth it every time.”

“Sun Star food mart is a great place if you are in a hurry to grab n go. There are multiple options for good eats. Authentic tacos hotdogs and burgers in the parking lot. Everyone is so kind and respectful and the store improves every year. I recommend this convenience store if you are in Kent and local.”

“My husband's car is filthy dirty he washes it twice a year. And anytime I drive it I like to have it washed. We pull up to One of the two lines to wash the vehicle. There's a really nice lady who stands outside and describes anything for us that we do not understand and makes recommendations if we ask her. I told her my car was really dirty and she said that if we felt the car was still dirty after we went through the car wash that we could run it through again for free. That was cool. I Paid for my car wash and moved forward. Another really nice lady had a paddle in her hand that Gave us the expected direction of when we should go which way to turn if we're outside the lane or inside the lane. Put your car in neutral and let the conveyor move your vehicle through the car wash. Inside there were multiple color lights which was entertaining with itself. When we got to the end of the car wash I was surprised at how clean it was. I really didn't want to take the time to run the car through the car wash again but it only needed a little bit more cleaning. It looked 80% better than it was. I was just happy it didn't look disgusting anymore. I would definitely go here again. It was one of the best carwashes I've ever been to, I especially love the fact that I didn't have to get out of my car.”
“I had a great experience here , i was drowsy at 5am and this nice young African American lady pointed out i gave her a 10 and a 50 instead of a 10 and a 5 . I would have never noticed !!This never happens during this day and age and i can'tve happier :)”
“Amazing owner and employees! Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. They also have delicious ice-cream and hot food. The chicken is always fresh and the curry is homemade in house and their prices are very reasonable. This is my favorite convenience store in kent!”

“This 7-Eleven has got to be the absolute best 7-Eleven in King county. The two ladies that work here, Dianna and Traci are such awesome, friendly ladies. I stopped by for a bite to eat and some sports drinks, went for my favorite: Buffalo Chicken Rollers and noticed there was only one left but I wanted three and they quickly asked me if I would like them to make me fresh ones. Most 7-Elevens will NOT care to ask you if you'd like them to make you more of the food items you want and if you ask them if they could make more, they'll give you the emphatic "NO!" or just simply ignore you. Not only the hospitality was fantastic, the store was clean as well! Thank you Dianna and Traci!”

“The employees there are kind enough And the rewards programs are great, it saves me some money. But often time I will pass by because they won't let you use a bathroom. It'd be interesting to know the the trade-off for not providing a bathroom. prices have always been higher at 7-Eleven so they do think a lot of themselves. It's a real turn off when a gas station convenience store won't offer a bathroom. It's kind of a dealbreaker. I'm thinking that more places would get more business if they did open up the bathrooms again and that would offset or overcome the labor and supplies of keeping a bathroom open?”

“This is my favorite 7-11! The man that always seems to be working there is always nice, and anytime I order a taquito (which is every time lol), he always uses a glove and then he makes sure to hand me the taquito bag instead of putting it on the counter (which I've seen employees at other 7-11s do - ew!) And I've never received a stale taquito here, they seem super fresh.”

“Im shocked how great the customer service is. They have an ungrateful clientele. Yet as I walked in a cheerful welcome meets you at the door. Good variety of products . Gal asked if I wanted anything out of hot case. She reminded me to enter phone number to get points. Then thanked me for coming in. For the amount of traffic, really clean, great presentation of merchandise. Definitely great addition to the surrounding community. I am a big advocate of customer service and this location nailed it. I will be a repeat customer”
